All of those RM8FC alarms are used - the first two are "Jump! Jump!" and "Slide! Slide!" respectively, and the last one is the whistle of Clown Man's trains (which is already in MM8BDM, mind you).

Dive Man MUST have Mirror Buster and Water Wave, and their owners as bots in the campaign. Ditto for Drill Man, with Sakugarne and Crash Bomber. Also, will there be Cossack and Wily stages? If so, there should be four of each, considering the nature of the hack (and Cossack 4 MUST have Screw Crusher, Ballade Cracker, and Spark Chaser (when the latter enters the core) and their owners as bots).

Hardly any of the themes in Saxton Hale are 8-bit. If you need a version of it, there's one in CSCM.

Also, the inner pits in Bomb Man's stage are still blue instead of using the skybox, which is now mostly black.

Why did you choose Remilia Scarlet? I know you said she's overshadowed, but Flandre makes more sense as a Hale sice she can pretty much destroy anything. And before you argue about Yuyuko, her power is killing people, and robots are not living organisms. Utsuho might work if you don't want Flandre, though.

Also, it'd be really neat if you could bring back the Hales that were removed from Balrog's version (like PO Roll) somehow.

I don't know if there is a better place to put this, but if anybody wants to make a Mega Man Unlimited expansion, CTFMUS7 is pretty much the same as Yo-yo Man's stage music, so you don't have to add it to the PK3.

Also, it'd be pretty neat if there were expansions based on some PC Mega Man clones, like MegaMari, RosenkreuzStilette, and the latter's sequel.

Not sure if you realize this, but the music in LMS30 is a stage theme and not a character theme. I suggest using U. N. Owen was Her? instead, as it fits the Air Man tile better considering it's a sorta meme.

RNCBUB is quite glitchy. If you jump out of water, you still have low gravity until you enter a teleporter.

I solved all the problems.

The floors and skyboxes are fixed by switching to OpenGL.
Teleport Madness was changed to have rainbow textures, and the screenshot was not updated.
Roc's Wall of Text only has the wall of text texture on one side of the wall.
