You're welcome C_F.

I still have the older versions of some of the RM sprite sheets for the skins, well, most of them from pre-v1. So I remember having this from a long time ago and I contacted C_F over skype and gave it to him.

I'd like it if MegaPhilx would release sprite sheets for the bosses. I've personally wanted to try a hand at Jet Man, but I'm not in the mood of taking screenshot after screenshot to try and get all the frames.

According to what Starsims / Yoku Man told me, there will be sprite sheets released sooner or later. I didn't ask him what the ETA was on the eight masters, so we'll have to wait until then.

EDIT: If we're able to crack / open the .mmu format, I guess I'll do Glueman too.

I'm still waiting for Nailman's sprites. In the meantime I actually did some Glueman frames (not many, just the standing poses) out of sheer boredom on waiting for Nailman's sprites. No, I don't plan on doing Glueman.

MM8BDM Discussion / Re: SBWT Mapping Competition: Top Man

I am voting for Rozark's Top Man. I have to say what Mike said regarding his map is extremely true, it reminded me of an old school Doom map. I can't really say another thing about it other than fixing the one ledge near Wire Adaptor.

Hands down this one goes to Mendez. It's an map that flows excellently well! I think the Eddie area should be changed. Like what Mike said, it does break the flow a little.

I'm going with Shade's map. It's what I expected him to have done, and it works well with the map flow. (I'm still mad the spring boxes don't punch you ;_;)

Honorable mention goes definitely to Linnie's map. I loved the layout for it, though it needs some tweaks to the layout in a few instances, but either way, all in all, it's a pretty nice map to have played on. Good Job!

MM8BDM Discussion / Re: SBWT Mapping Competition: Wave Man

I'm going with Beed's map. It has a balance to it, the wave bikes don't get in the way of everything, the water area is shorter, and I think it worked well for what he was aiming for with a vanilla map.

Not necessarily. Turbo Man's stage is awful in MM7, but his map is just fine, having none of the instakill deathbeams and keeping the annoying tires to an easily avoidable area. I imagine one could make the rainbow beams out of the way in the MM8BDM map, even if in MMU they're everywhere.

I agree with this statement so much. Not every stage has to have a gimmick, really.

Anyways, updated my post regarding something I need for Nailman.

General Gaming Discussion / Re: Sonic CD: US vs JP

They're both good for different reasons!
variations on
JP/PAL has more consistancy to it, the different themes in the stages are all reditions of a similar theme, which I personally prefer, while the US one has a lot more variety.

I don't think either of them are especially better!

I second this notion.

I've been revisiting Ratchet and Clank again in lieu of the new game coming out later this year, Into The Nexus.
