Reputation: I don't focus on it. Then there's the thing where I'm not on servers that often.
Anything Else?: I like a lot of users, but I tend to express (poorly) dislike when some users take their personal grudges to a public server/thread. (I say this because I've seen only a small few. I wouldn't care as much if they weren't, well, public.)
