Well I know about "I wanna Be the guy" though Ultimatum? Sounds interesting XD

You are not Tengu Man. The court is adjourned.

Define "Tengu Skills."
This is being silly, Tenguman. It's like saying none of you can play hopscotch with me because you're all TERRIBLE AT IT.
Bad point: Snob
Quote from: "TrueTenguMan"You were not on Rtist's list. I'm talking about Rtist's robot master list on the first post.Quote from: "Kapus"My ideal robot master list would be..
Robot Masters:
rTist = Tengu Man
... Kapus, we need to talk... violently...

When it comes to characters, I don't mind them introducing and removing them, if they do it RIGHT. The fact is, they introduced Shadow, killed him, and brought him back for several more games, then some spin-offs, and then, poof. They pretty much made you think "This guy's here to stay" then got rid of him. Rouge was pretty similar as well. They really could have kept Shadow dead, but no, they decided to bring him back, and then they changed their minds.
/me is disappointed by my sheer lack of existence *
Admittedly, it would be the second time I try to get into a game that's going to take forever-and-a-half to be made, but really? Noone even considered me?
Which brings me to my next point. Why is Big the Cat hated so much? He's fine as a character. Yeah, in Sonic Adventure, his levels were NOT ideal for a Sonic fan (fishing? In a speed game? WHAT.), but his character wasn't terrible. Yeah, he wasn't super fast or super strong, but hey, do you really think that EVERYONE on Mobius was special like that? Doubtful. Big is probably a good example of an average, everyday Mobian (give or take a few pounds).I wasn't too wild about Big but I never saw him as a horrible character. Though I enjoyed fishing on Zelda so I wasn't bored with doing it in Sonic Adventure. Besides, if Amy had more puzzle and platforming aspects and Knuckles had his Treasure Hunt, why does Big seem like the odd ball again?
And they make it worse by not caring about plot. Sonic Adventure and Adventure 2 had pretty awesome plots. And now, there is no plot. Its just "OMG ROBOTNIK'S TAKIN DA EMERALDS FOR THE FIFTIETH TIME". Real creative.Not really what I would say "good plots" but they were memorable to some extent. Personally most of these plots were rather abnormal for a game about a blue hedgehog saving his world from a polluting mad man enslaving animals in robotic contraptions, but something different is always nice too.
Characters. They have some dilusion that they think that the fans want no characters other than Sonic himself. What the heck? I mean, yeah, its got a lot of characters, but that doesn't mean we want no one but Sonic. The fans make this worse by acting like introducing a new character every game is a bad thing. Hello? EVERY SERIES DOES IT. Why can't Sonic? In fact, Sonic probably does it less than other games, because they introduce one or two new characters every game whereas games like Mario you'll meet, like, 20 new characters. I liked Shadow. He was cool. Lots of people liked other characters, too. So why get rid of them all? Heck, they've pretty much gotten rid of Knuckles, and he's a very well known character.
Quote from: "Balrog"A little something that somebody posted on another forum....While I agree that you shouldn't say the game is going to be awesome from a little teaser that shows no gameplay, this person sounds like he's dismissing the game just because the teaser shows no gameplay.Quote from: "Shadow Hog"As for this game... man, Classic Sonic looks good in 3D. That's all I can say. No, really, that's all I can say because all we have is a CG teaser that shows shit-all in terms of gameplay or concept or anything that would actually make me want to go out of the way to play the game. While it's awesome that the aesthetic is to my liking, good aesthetics alone do not a good game make (evidence: virtually every Sonic game since Heroes, which have excellent music and generally really good visuals, but awful gameplay renders both moot points). Show me actual content and maybe I'll be able to weigh in with actual opinions. As it is, I'm probably going to pay as much attention to this as I paid Colors, ie: none whatsoever.
