But seriously I'd like Reggae to do something that messes other players up more than anything. That was his role in rock board, negative effects on other players (I think). Maybe he should just sit there and laugh at you  :p

NO CUTMAN

In Rockboard you DON'T want Reggae cards cuz they do bad effects to YOU if ya get em!

Hence why I suggested Reggae to be like a double-edge sword. The bird gives you stuff that'll screw you over after getting them but you'll get something good afterwards (or the other way around).

Have Reggae steal health from other players and give it to you.

I actually like that. He could probably dive at said targeted player, then carry what looks like a Health Capsule while mocking the player upon his flee back to you.

Yeah i'd like to practice on beating some of the mm games once with buster only... though i play more games besides megaman that give me less time to play those XD

I did 1, 2 , 4 , and 6 Buster only, I was surprised at how easy they were. Especially 1 and 6, because RMs flinch in 1 and you have the adaptars in 6.

Do you think the adaptors count under buster only runs?

Nope considering they're a type of enhancement. However if they are absolutely needed to progress through a stage, then it's an exception. Though I doubt they would pull a MM X6 like that in the classic series.

Whatever works out for you man. Take all the ideas that would fit for this obnoxious crow.

Tengu Man must think of everything?! BRILLIANT!!!

Ok seriously... well I suggest making Reggae the opposite of Eddie, though in the terms of either screwing the player over but giving him/her an advantage. Similar to the "?" tanks in MM 3, Reggae should always give you this, and the random item popping out should vary in these effects...

Weapons: All weapons given by Reggae should have Weapon depletion doubled... HOWEVER!!! The effect doubles the overall power of the weapon given until the weapon runs out of energy.

Items: Health and weapon capsules:

Simple I guess... all health capsules will drain health  (depending on the size) but replenish weapon energy for every weapon in your arsenal. Now let me explain this... say if you have about 5-10 HP and you picked up a health capsule from Reggae. It shouldn't kill you at all but leave you with at least 1 HP left.
Weapon capsules of course drain weapons (similar to Reggae's health capsules) but replenish health. Doesn't matter if your WE is low... you pick this up, say good bye to whats left of it.

Tanks: These things should pop out very rarely (and I mean VERY mortal) mainly because they're the double-edge sword of fun and tears.

E-tanks should grant the player invincibility for a short while, but drains your health until you left with one HP.

W-Tanks, similar to E-tanks, grant the player unlimited energy for a short while, but once the limit is reached, all your weapons disappear.
==============================================
To avoid confusion of course, the sprites of these items should be recolored ((similar to the attire of the dark chips in Battle Network)).

So...

Does Tengu get his 12 pack of E-Tanks now mister Mike?

Well if you wanna know a hint once you re-fight the bosses in MM 3...
Use their own weapon against them, I guaranteed you'll be suprised :ugeek:

((Actually it's been a year since I found this out and reported it to a few sources. Especially the Mega Man wiki))

I never found him too difficult. I think the hardest to beat with your buster in Mega Man 3 was either Spark Man or Hard Man, although I need to play it again to remember!

Bah! Spark Man was a joke in a buster run. Though Hard Man can be a pest if you can't have his fists aim a specific way to avoid damage.

Now Shadow Man and Needle Man are another story...

I could never beat Snake Man in MM3. He'd always jump into me, doing heaps of damage.

Since I was fighting this dude two days ago, I noticed he loves to jump oppositely from those edges, often tricking the player into thinking he'll go the very corners then come back ((much like Gemini Man after his clone is defeated)) then immediately jumping back to return to his corner.

Trick here is to jump over him once he gets to the bottom parts of the floor and do the same again and return to your original corner while shooting from a distance. Think of this as a more maneuverable Metal Man fight. The only thing I can say is that it gets slightly tricky when he uses Search Snake in the middle part. I can't guaranteed you'll avoid damage but if you can follow the stragedy you'll mostly likely survive with about 1/4th of your health left

BTW I attempted this with only the buster cause weapon weaknesses are for noobz :p

Well I don't know where the whole dentist thing got around cause he would seem more like a doctor than a dentist. Unless the covering of his mouth and his small saw blade crest shows him as such...

Originally the right arm in general.
(click to show/hide)
Though he can generate one on either arm for emergencies or for enhancing his attack. I guess the Megamix Manga where he get's his arm sliced off by Quick Man and Super Adventure Rockman ((pic curtsy of Brotad))are perfect examples of him executing this.
