You haven't the slightest chance of playing online. The lag would be horrible. Just upgrade your internet/steal neighbors wireless/play at public library.

Play at public library?

A lot of public libraries will allow you to use computers if you are a member.

Really? So Internet Doom Explorer is right when he show 18/18 2 can join.

Correct. Join means "Join the server", not "Join the game".
Thats why when creating a server without MM8BDM.exe theres the max players and max connections options.
