Well, from the fact Nintendo is now making Hoenn sequels, Half-Life 3 and Ridley are now possible.
Also, something I forgot to mention. I got the ideas from all the Quint Theories.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire were comfirmed on Youtube and Pokemon Website.
Also, my new icon is Cutman. He will cut you down to size in a battle (I had to.).

I just got a new icon, due to the streching of my old one. (After relizing I know nothing about some of my favorite Robot Masters, and/or have never fought them. Cutman, Knightman, Venus, Bombman, and some others are starting to become my favorites.)

Alright, so if you've played a lot of Megaman 4 and Megaman V, you would notice a similarity between Toad Man and Venus.
Well, there are some possible things.
Venus could be a scrapped Prototype of Toad Man.
Venus could be Toad Man from an alternate timeline.
Venus could just be an upgraped Toad Man.
Megaman V could of happened before 4 in timelines and Venus is the future Toad Man.
Or, Toad Man could of created Venus to start a army of frogs to destroy Megaman.
Felt like sharing my theory.
