Mega Man Discussion / Toad Man and Venus Theory

Alright, so if you've played a lot of Megaman 4 and Megaman V, you would notice a similarity between Toad Man and Venus.
Well, there are some possible things.
Venus could be a scrapped Prototype of Toad Man.
Venus could be Toad Man from an alternate timeline.
Venus could just be an upgraped Toad Man.
Megaman V could of happened before 4 in timelines and Venus is the future Toad Man.
Or, Toad Man could of created Venus to start a army of frogs to destroy Megaman.
Felt like sharing my theory.

Anything Goes / Something I just noticed..

So, I was randomly looking through the skins on the Options Menu. But I noticed skins that I can't find on the Skin Change Room in Dr. Light's Lab were on there, such as Helmetless Megaman, Breakman, some new Bass or Roll Skins, another Ballade, Wily in a Skull Battlesuit, or Bad Box Art Megaman. Is this a update or did I just download these by accident?

I've searched for about 10 to 30 miniutes for one. I can't find one. Galaxy Man is my favorite Robot Master. Anyone have links to one? Every link I found just said it was updating or something.
