I'm already working on the Chun Li skin, but this is my first time doing a sprite, so I may get stuck in the hell that's positioning, and I might not finish it because I don't have a computer at home. Doesn't really give us incentive to do it, no matter WHO it's for.I knew that already, I just wanted to emphasis how impatient I can be and if it's gonna be used for 2 or 3 minutes or an hour, and knowing my sister only change her skin when she gets a new one she likes...
Personally, I would use this skin for one or two minutes. But we're not talking about a skin I want, we're talking about a skin my sister wants, and she's a completely different person from me. I'm just requesting the skin and some news. I'm pretty sure she would use it for at least 1 hour before getting tired of it. Also, I would've have dropped the request, since it's not for me and it's beginning to give me an headache, but my sister is a huge fan of Chun-Li, and I can't give up on her like that. Two important points here:
A) It would become my "user" skin, the skin I would always use and never get tired of. If I was really only going to use it for 2-3 minutes, I would've dropped the request by now.
B) The same could be said to your situation, no? That is, unless said skin becomes your "user" skin.
They HAVE responded on what's been happening, and it's fairly serious stuff- That's how I know.
I've been told my patience will take me places, however, that is irrelevant to the discussion at hand.
You should probably stop acting as if yours has priority over everyone else's. As what Gospel said, some people's requests never get taken or completed. If it ever gets finished, cool, be happy. For now, just sit and wait.
Things aren't going to be done immediately around here considering not many people take requests to begin with. Most people eventually just end up attempting to make the thing themselves or drop the request.I know it's not going to be done immediately, and I also know about people dropping their requests or making it themselves, but since I'm an horrible skin-maker (I wasn't even able to make one skin even with the tutorial on a separate page), I prefer to let others do it.
For instance, I've been waiting a year and a half for a certain skin but yet it still isn't finished due to the skin maker having priority issues pop up in real life (which I understand/no need to rush).
So yea, have a little more patience.
Mega Man and Bass is hard as balls, but the rest of the series isn't really that bad.You obviously never played the first Mega Man game, it could be a good second (Or Wily Wars would be the second, since it only fixed one of the first game's bugs, yet added more bugs to it and the 2 other games).
