I've found a problem with Wood Man's textures.
I've looked through the map with Doom Builder and used Ctrl+F on the Textmap in SLADE, and it seems that every texture starting with WODM14 and ending with WODM24 is unused. I'd suggest the textures in question be removed from the list.

I decided to count up all the MM2 Wily tiles that are still available as of right now (Listed in reverse numerical order because that's how the folder is organized), to make Gummy's job easier:

All right, I made some changes to Gutscracker:

Download
-Fixed Front-Side animations (X8X2) and Side-Back animations (X6X4) so that one arm doesn't have the same shape as Guts Man's old arm (Wow, that's embarrassing)
-Added gray to the legs in frames H5 and H6H4 (Wow, I guess I was a little too eager to get this out.)
-Did some tweaking to frames B5 and D5.
-Bobs up and down in all his frames (It seems the Guts Man skin in vanilla has fluctuating GFX offsets, which my first version didn't.)

I'll get to work on Gravenant later.
Okay, here's Gravenant:

-Bobs up and down properly (35 pixels tall on frames B and D, 36 on frames C and E)
-Shooting animations are now a consistent height (They are 34 pixels tall from all angles)
-Cannons are now always 7 pixels tall (They originally fluctuated between 7 and 6 pixels)
-The Front-Side frames now look more accurate to the changed body frame of the front (I don't think I needed to do this with the side, side-back, or back frames)
-Side frames are changed so the cannon on Gravenant's other side can be seen behind his head
-Cannons are slightly less of a cylinder shape on the back to explain why one is fully visible on the side frame but only partially visible on the side-back frame
His arms are still always lifted, because I wanted him to look unnatural and aloof, like he never lets his guard down.

I think I'm actually going nix Magneto Man altogether, though. I'm not sure how to handle a flowing cape for 4 frames, and I don't feel like he fits in. I know it's OK for skins to be dressed up without a specific Halloween theme, like last year's Shovel Knight Enker, but something about Magneto Man just feels very unfitting. I guess I was too eager for the pun that I didn't think it through enough.

I do have two Halloween skins from last year though (one of them was even on the image for Halloween 2015, when my interest in MM8BDM was low), and I might make a Grinch-related skin, now that G&Wer has informed me about the Reindeer Centaur Man being taken.

It also has a taunt.
I might make a Reindeer Centaur Man, or maybe a Grinch skin like the unfinished Grinch Flashman from 2013, but I'm not sure yet.

This may be a weird question, but do you have any plans for Mr. X (The Megaman character, not the Cutstuff user)? As of right now, the only impact he holds on the story is being the host of the tournament that serves as the main focus of chapters 1-6,

Even then, you could arguably replace Mr. X with someone else, such as Dr. Light, and remove Mr. X from the cage at the end of Chapter 6.
Are you going to expand his role in V5b, or is he just going to remain an awkward bystander past the first intro?

On a side note:
Sadly I can't reveal anything too huge yet, but I can say bosses that you probably thought were terrible will probably become some of your favourites!
Does this mean I can actually make it through the Chapter 4 and 6 bosses without cheats?

Sweet! I made 2 skins for this year's Halloween expansion ahead of time. I didn't know about the additional Christmas theme, but if I get the time I'll work on one of those, too.

They both have taunts, but please keep in mind that Gravenant's taunt is the Revenant screech from Doom 2. If anyone is uncomfortable with Gravenant's taunt being the Revenant screech, I'll change it.

This sounds pretty cool, but just to make sure: What are the limitations of the "No copyrighted material" rule? Like, does that just mean we can't take someone's original work off of Deviantart, or does it extend to any material that isn't made from scratch (such as a piece of a Garfield comic strip or a sprite from a Mario game)?

I'm probably going to save that for when Pokemon Sun and Moon are released.

I'm sorry, but I feel like I need to address this:
How come, as far as I know (unless someone did it a while back and nobody cared), NOBODY has made a Pikachu skin? It actually kind of confuses me. Over about 6 years, I've seen a lot of different Pokemon skins (and made some myself), but I have NEVER seen a skin of what is flat out the MASCOT of Pokemon.

I'm going to leave on a plane soon. I'll be able to work where I'm going, but before I go I still want to give this skin I've been saving for a while:
King Bob-omb!
I was originally going to upload him after I uploaded an SMW Koopa skin I made, but after noticing one was already made, it kind of messed up my plans. His sprites are from Mario Party Advance.





Custom SFX from Super Mario Bros. 3 (As well as one sound effect from SMB Deluxe and Wario Land), and his laugh from Super Mario 64 as a taunt.

That makes sense to me. Though now that you bring it up, I kind of wonder if Magnet Missile or Dive Missile should be removed from MM2AIR, since they are pretty much "Stat Swaps" of each other.

It was faster than I thought it would be, but I finished it, so here's that special skin I was talking about:

Forest Man from Mega Man: Time Tangent!




As fast as it took, the basic directions were pretty difficult to make, since I had exactly one sprite to base it off, meaning it was largely done from scratch. Overall, the skin is made from all of the following:
-Forest Man sprite by Brotoad (Included in the bonus features of the Time Tangent soundtrack and on his DeviantArt)
-Mega Man's hand from MM7
-Magnet Man's hand from The Power Battle
-Hard Man's arms from The Wily Wars
-Gravity Man's legs from MM5 and vanilla MM8BDM
I also made a bot, but it currently doesn't have any botchat, because I couldn't think of anything. If you have any ideas, feel free to let me know.
