The problem with that is that Mike doesn't want too many hazards, because it'll turn out like Super Smash Bros.

And I don't think slopes are possible in Doom? Or not in the Classic series, at least.

I was thinking they would just be more of an animated backround really. If they could be destroyed that would be a nice feature, but most players won't even notice it and it wouldn't do anything unlike the enemies in Bright Man's stage.

Towards the end of Plant Man's stage there was pits of water with leaping fish. Since the stage itself isn't that notable, I thought making it a mix of land and water would make it original.
And the water's brown. Don't ask me why.

Good.

The level should be based around a clearing in a jungle, sort of like wood man's level, but more flat and a lake in the middle (there was quite a bit of water in the original stage) getting away from this lake, you would encounter a large yellow building which was also in the original stage. This building blocks you from going to far.

Good/Not?

And Mike's making all the robot masters play exactly the same for balancing issues. Otherwise the whole game would be dominated by Quick Men because his weakness is only in 2 stages.

It depends, I'm not pro at Doom but if Mike put clouds that weren't part of the backround, they'd have to be square, or completly flat altogether cause of the way Doom's terrain works.

If that's the case, how do you get off? Jumping?

Because, if you made the jumping jump with the jet ski it'd be pretty darn sweet.
