Help & Editing / I'm been banned from the master server for an unknown reason

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but it seems like the best place to put it.
For some reason I'm not able to get onto any servers anymore. Whenever I try to find a server, a message saying that I've been banned from the master server always pops up. I don't see why I would be banned, I don't recall doing anything that could get me banned from it. Any light on this situation would be helpful, thanks.
