You should get the Borderlands people to play and/or possibly rate 8-Bit Deathmatch. That would be pure win.

They have played it at their offices via LAN and loved it!  But if you'd like to hear more of their impressions show up to the next hosting of this server.  Right now it's slated for either tonight or Friday night (Friday night seems more likely), just watch this topic and I'll let you know!

Once again, I have successfully enema'd mugen. For some reason I just feel like Borderlands is an amazing game. Heh. Good games to all.

It's just like Spider-Man 2, except instead of Doc Ock killing his wife he gets all that power shoved up his ass.

Apparently the fine people behind Borderlands (I.E. employees from Gearbox) will show up to the next hosting of our server!  Drop by so you can ask all of your questions about Borderlands/Duke Nukem Forever/Samba de Amigo/Randy Pitchford!

There I was, stranded in the middle of a battlefield.  Yep, I remember the dust was so thick on Beta Four you had to use windshield wipers on your optic sensors.  That's really thick!  And then, this gigantic Ick Yak came tromping and stomping down the mountain, flames spewing out of its nostrils.  I thought for sure I was a goner, so I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said "Fresh" and it had dice in the mirror!  All and all, a successful day of MM8BDM.

Oh, that's right, I remember now. mugen fell down the hole I had covered, I know for sure. I don't know who got you. I think Hammy was the only one who didn't get caught by that.

On a side note, I hope to see the server up often! I enjoy playing with you guys, and the server always seems to have the right amount of people in it.

hahaha yea I'm sure we'll host again soon, we just had to get some MBII out of our systems.

When you make a server, if you untick the "broadcast to server list" box it goes into LAN mode.  But even with that ticked, I believe LAN play (or at least LAN broadcasting) is enabled.  Then just hit Windows key + R to get a run box, type in "cmd" and hit Enter to get a command prompt.  In the command prompt type "ipconfig" and hit Enter again to get your local IP address!  If you know the computer's name on the network, you can usually use that as well as long as it resolves correctly, but use "ipconfig" to get the digits if that fails.
