The only malicious thing about the game, is how addicting it is. So, yes, your virus scanner is wrong.

Logically, modding the game's files would affect what you see and hear from the game. For example, if person A changes a soundeffect, and person B hasn't. Then person A should here his custom soundeffect, and person B should hear the unmodded soundeffect. Granted I don't have TF2, but I'm pretty sure I'm correct.

Edit: Ok, so I converted it into a pk3 so I could impersonate y- I mean play with the skin on an online deathmatch, and the results.

So, I looked at it on SlumpED and noticed many errors in your skin's files. Go take a look at that tutorial, and fix these problems so that I may imp- play with the skin.
