Behold, my latest creation! The ULTIMATE combat robot! Wily Machine Number XXX! NUHAHAHAHA!"



That's right, the diabolical scientist Dr. Wily finally enters the game in a fitting machine to boot. Only issue would be the awkward death.

Sure, if you'd like, altough QuickMan.exe would be a big problem since he got very very few sprites to use as a base...

Numberman.exe and Napalmman.exe on the other hand... :)

But for now, I'm working on... something sinister...

The closest things we got as a base for Zero would be his sprites from the Gameboy Colour game, Megaman Xtreme 2...

I have an idea, why not let the 4 team levels and/or the CTF levels be based on Gameboy levels?

Just for the variety. :)

But then there's the issue with the Megaman 7, 8, 9, and 10 levels...

If making Tron Bonne, I have an idea on the palette, Tron Bonne would use a seperate Palette from her machine, so the machine, would use the Megaman colours and colour shifting while Tron's colours are her own at all time...

Hmmm, I could do Volt Man, Oil Man, Wave Man and Torch Man if you'd like. :)

But for Wave Man, I'll probably need Air Man's sprites as a base and Oil Man, I'll need Flash Man, and Torch Man, well, Metal Man...

Don't worry though, I'll make sure they'll look like CAPCOM made them instead of the half creepy sprites of the Dos games. :S

had to edit some of the proportions right so that he would'nt look goofy around other characters, and the Shooting and hurt sprites are all new...

Actually, I was thinking of trying to do Splash Woman and a original character...

The little sister of Toad Man, Toad Girl (since she's younger, she's not Woman, but perhaps it should be Frog Girl?) Who will have a design simhilair to a mix between Roll's Frog raincoat from MMPU, Toad Man and Toad Man.exe, and some pieces of Nagase from KOF... that means, she's a ninja. XD

Oh, and I'm also thinking of making the PC bosses... yeah, the horrible 9 ones...

And thanks for all the good feedback, I gota say in my defence thoe that I think the white is an important part of Starman.exe's palette so I did'nt really dare to alter it, but I'll see how it gets. Also, his sprites are based on thoce from the Overview sprites from Megaman Battle Network 4.5

I simply 8-bited them. :(

Hi my name is Rukifellth

I joined today when I saw this amazing project. :D
I myself am a guy that generally like designing and making stuff, so as a starter, I wanted to contribute a skin I made for MM8BDM...

altough, I only have the spritesheet but lack the tools and means to make him into a fully fledged character. :(

I hope you like him, it's Starman.exe from the Battle Network series. :)

I've been working all day to make him look well in the MM8BDM style...
