Actually, my idea was a bit onortodox...

The level would be more akin to old horror movies like Frankenstein's monster, with a large cemetery like area, and a massive cathedral housing a large chamber and a tinier chamber with the picture of Wily...

Down a flight of stairs at the cemetery area, there is a tiny port (the lower areas would use the cellair textures) but you can't fall down the water, alternatively, you'd fall down and die...

Also, an idea, the cemetery area is infested with robot zombies. They won't attack you and are invincible, BUT, if you attack one, they will began to stalk the person who shot him last time, and try to bash you to DEATH.

It will stop haunting you after it kills you, or after someone else hits him...

Say, are there any ideas on the layout for Shademan's level?

I had an idea on the layout but I gotta know first. Alternatively, I have an idea for Pirate Man, that or a mix between Pirate Man and Magic Man...

Yeah I saw the little island with the Yaichichi myself. :)

I also suspect that the penguin filled island could be a possible nod to that Tekken Arena on that iceflak with all the penguins. XD

Actually, I looked at his sprite, I know his face is green, but I tried to make him look a bit more like the traditional Megaman boss appearence...

His body on the other hand does look like that...

Well slag it all!

Anyways, my next WIP is finished. It's Bit Man from Megaman 3 (DOS)...



If you are wondering why he looks like Crash Man with Hard Man's head, it's because, he basically IS Crash Man with Hard Man's head, albeit some slight detail changes...

I plan to work on the other MM3 (DOS) bosses, but I don't know when they'll be finished, when all are done, they'll be released in a pack. :)

Oh it's just the maps? Ok then. :)

Thanks for the comments, I just kept the sprites in there just so people get to see the sprites. :)

I usually got one big image as a base and then cut and paste the seperate sprites into single images...

And yeah I agree, it's an odd choise for a character. But it was fun, especially since his level is in the game! :P

Speaking of levels, we should try and do Time Mans and Oil Mans levels, if I'm not mistaken, Powered Up made a DLC 8 bit tileset on Oil Mans and Time Mans stages...
