It could probably be adapted to some of the singleplayer missions that have been made. Shouldn't be too difficult to do since I made it with the intention of people being able to modify what enemies can be summoned and their costs etc.

Single player wasnt so popular because it wasnt fast paced at all.
Making enemies with a lot of hp and force us to be blocked often, is very boring.
You can make it fast paced and canon in the same time, more enemies, less hp, and maybe more areas who are made for that then (a bit more like doom).
I have played with Bass but damn, killing a blue gun thing who dont move and shoot at you in mm1cut, is just really frustating.
Level remastered could be fun with megaman then, especially if you are wily, summon some robotmasters (not with a ton of hp) and become the boss at the final part of the map, kind of....
But i have never tested LM so i can't really say.

The thing who bore me the most in the world is the fact people are so proud of themselves, with a so big ego, they never admit They did a bad thing when they hurt an other guy (physically or with some others ways), they will just say hypocrit stuff.
Im pretty im the only one who said "scuse me for have been bad/mad" ect....but people never do that with me.

A 3th world war could possible, just because that, people dont want never admit they did a miss.Awful.

The fact They removed a lot of class just to keep their friend in this mod They have stolen totaly, supposed, CSCC must be a COMMUNITY project....
But well, nothing will change here, not a big deal anyway' but sad to see what can happen even with this mod.
(at least, my class wasnt broken and OP like messatsu or rozark)
And still a disrepect for people who want their/a class in and who worked hard on it (even if i havent made my own class), you see'

Is it a french version steam issue, because i can't launch Duke Nukem 3D megaton edition anymore....and when i tried to reinstall it, it was removed from my librairy.... (i havent asked that at all.)
I tried everything to launch it....some people told me, It works for them....maybe because french steam version has some others issues with the copyright problem 3Drealms/gearbox, i have no idea.... :/
Maybe if some people have the game there...i have finished the version a lot of time, but after all, i have paid for this game....
Well, i suppose i will go with eduke3D and meltdown.... (:

Ah yeah, there was some bugs in the demo version (like animation stuff), but i don't know what Gumballtoid talked about? The animations, the 3D character/virus?
As i said, the 3D for me is good enough for me because even if it's a bit squared, it must hard to make it with this engine (unity3D) and they are only 2 to make it, but he is only to make 80% of the game....But it's a good thing, he made it better since the first trailer....the big problem was how the characters and virus were too squared...now it's really better and i was pretty surprised how the renderer was very good in the demo (i had it in fullscreen)....some bugs but it will be fixed (or fixed yet!).
At least, it will change from the eternal megaman in pixel style, always wanted a Exe 4.5 style in hd style (no pixel), so happy for it!

And there is a news, in fact, for people who did some commission for the netnavis (like me and Heatman.EXE), there will be an application for android and windows phone:

Maybe they have get some people who want know on a new megaman, or maybe the sales of the goodies were good, anyway...
Im not really enthousiastic about "Megaman 11, 12, 13..."
I would prefer something with the classic serie but with a new concept, not just a Megaman even if it's with a 16bit/8bit style....i liked the idea of Rockman Online (but korea only) or MMU (even if the design were weird...)
I just hope it wont be something with the quality of SFxMM..... x)
A megaman with a powered up style could be a good thing (for the playable robotmaster)....i just hope something more interesting than the eternal jump/shoot in 2D with megaman...even if there is bass or protoman added...
If they want restart megaman, better to make a game more complex than mm10, i think.

Actually, the thing who made MM8BDM dead is the fact Megaman is dead since 6 years ago, MM8BDM survived well for a fangame all this time (and im not sure the megaman 11 stuff wont be so good.....Seeing how cheap is capcom now), also, the fact We have played it for a lot of years, some people (like me) want certainly play some other game and serie who will (or can) survive, like DOOM.
But yes, the competitive part and the mood of the people who wanted some mod war, made it worst. And i play ALL the mods i want, i dont care about the devroom, ydclass, jc, saxton hale or brutal doom, nobody can't tell me where i must have some fun', support or not support, the fun is the priority and i dont care about how are some devroom or the notoriety of some other people, lets just play, it's a fangame.

I think, MM8BDM is pretty good for a fangame, in fact, in 5-6 years, the game was become huge, not only with the content, stuff but also basically, even a v1 or v2 is better and more fun than a lot of fangame like some crazy megaman hack.
MM8BDM is the only 3D fangame and for a fangame, again, it's really well made, even if it's not perfectly balanced or what, it's still very good, i have tried a lot of megaman fangames who are liked and who are a bit bad (balance, gameplay ect....), and it's still a 2 bits game.

Basically, i think, mm8bdm needed a lot of work, even for the v1, all those maps and maps who were remade, it's a huge work, but people should be more grateful instead of criticize no-stop each thing who are release in this game (mod or vanilla game) in the rude way.

Some doom mods are pretty crazy and not that good (not to say really bad like some invasion mods who use giant red Imp demon) but people still like it because it's fun, and even if it's the balance is a bit balance, if it's playable, they are still grateful, it's why i think, the doom community is pretty different in this way, from the megaman community (not only mm8bdm)....Like said a friend (and some other people): "Megaman fans are never satisfied" , a lot want to be a knowledge in gaming, pro or intellectual, but in fact, this kind of ego doesnt help at all.

Instead of criticize some mods or the next version of MM8BDM, people should -ENCOURAGE- each other with saying some advices or critics, at least, in a nice way and good mood. (some people seemed sad in a server, when some people did some critics about an update of v5...and i can understand, making a game/fangame is really hard and LONG, you know')

In fact, i dont care a lot about mm8bdm but i think, it's too bad if this fangame die because some people are just ungrateful and insensitive (at least, for the ones who have some "notoriety").

If i go on a server, it's to play, specially, so wait a moment but no that much.
If there is only 1 duel server, everyone go there and if there is like 10 people or +, it can be really long, you know'
specially because only 1 new people can play after 1 game and with the gameplay type of duel....

What about LMS with more than 10 people then?
DM can be more playable (because you respawn), but need not a lot of people to enjoy it...or maybe TDM.
Also, Duel, because you can't kill a lot of player in 1 game, there can be a lot of "run back" specially with the items (lol old mm1cut for it), and it's boring to wait to have a lot of duel done to do your duel (not gameplay related but still a boring fact).
Havent played a lot possession so i can't say but it doesnt look so fun...run & hide look very boring too.
So, possession, LMS and duel for me. :)

For me, the animations are good enough for a 3D style, it must be really hard to do.
I liked even the old version, what about MM Star force render? lol so squared, i didnt like it at all for the animations too....

Now it looks really better and the fangame has an awesome render, even with fullscreen.

There will be enemies/boss map selection and others stuff. But with the demo, you can see the potential.
Actually the only problem is the bug with fireman and some animations bugs I noticed, maybe because he has cut the full game to a demo, so maybe the code was broken ?
Because the release of the v1 is not that far now.

It could be nice to have a little intro :>

Actually now, Heretic, BLOOD, Shadow Warrior and Dark Forces....I like when there is a lot of original weapons and fun enemies.
Everything finished in the hardest mod (even BLOOD), original game and fan expansions! Not to show off but to show how big is my passion for the retro/classic fps ^^

Must finish hexen in the hardest mod with the mage (last hub) but well, hexen is not really hard, use the max difficult to enjoy more the enemies.....
I should do the same for Hexen 2 (finished it but not in the hardest mods), Hexen 2 is awesome (tome of power added) and a lot of class, better IA ! (and harder then...)
Dark Forces 2 is awesome too, the set of weapons is really good and fun.

Im less fan of DOOM or Quake....i like when the weapons are more magical or less generic....

Im near to finish Exhumed (PC) but damn, not enough ammo in the last maps (map 18), the strafe controle is awful but still playable, the level design is awesome. After that, i will start with Exhumed (powerslave) on the ps1, very different and looks better =) Awesome game too!

Single player is always a good experience. But it's cool if we can play multiplayer too...i did coop/dm with BLOOD or Dark Forces 2, it's awesome how the action can be crazy fast (specially in dm, so intense).

I started Strife too (Veteran Edition of Steam), looks really interesting with this rpg system ! (:
