Hmm... Seems Dr. Wily has made a disease that makes Robots act like Zombies, even my own Robots. I'll have to make a new Set to try and destroy these processed Robots. Ideas I’ll put into each Robot will be on how to kill the other robots, without risking infection.
I'll classify my Robots as Zombie Hunters. They will attack zombies hoping to destroy them before getting infected. They will use the most powerful weapon they have on them, whether it be Hyper Bombs or Rolling Cutters, They will use it to stun zombies and create massive damage to them. I would love to have an unlimited amount of Ballade Crackers, they fly far, fast, and do lots of damage within a large radius, but I only have a few so I'll give them what I can.
They will attack in a group because they can do more damage and use different types of weapons to stun the zombie. The risk in this is that there are more targets to be infected by the zombie, but it is most effective if it's one zombie vs 2 of my robots. My Robot will start to retreat if there are more zombies than robots in view.
When retreating, my Robots will set traps/attack the zombies to keep the zombies farther away from my Robots. They will always remember to look forward to make sure no zombies are coming for the direction they are retreating to.
My Zombie Killer Robots will always fire at a zombie who is trying to infect another robot (unless the Killer Robot is being attacked by a zombie). The logic being if there are fewer zombies on the field, there is more of a chance to kill all the zombies. So if they save a robot that was about to be a zombie, that's one less zombie they have to worry about.
My Fail-safe Program I put into them (I'll call it Camper) is when my Robots see that they are outnumbered and running will no longer help. My Robots will seek refuge on the highest point of the map and preferably the smallest (so that Zombies can't seek up on them easily). If they are able to "camp" with more than one zombie, then the chances of Survival are increased because they would be able to defend all the sides of the high point. Again this is a last resort where running would increase the chances of getting infected.
Also, one little rare action that might happen is that they look for spots that zombies can't get to. With the Item-1 I installed in them, They can get into spots like on top of the goblin in Air Man's Stage or the Crystal Towers in Crystal Man's stage. They got to do whatever to survive.
Dr. Cossack signing out.
