I know that Skulltag in offline mode is safe, but what about the online one?? (not only Skulltag, online games in general)

The campaign mode only can be played with 1 player.
However you can play via LAN using campaign map rotation with 4 or more players and bots (of course you won't be able to play special battles like Yellow Devil, Guts-Dozer, etc -unkown map-).

I'm not expert in DECORATE but I know a bit of it.

1- I don't understand this question, are you reffering to the HUD or the player sprite?

2- Naaaaah. You can watch MM8BDM codes in order to guide you in how to make your own weapon.

Also making a weapon includes trial and error so be patient.

I don't recommend slade for sprites. I had a lot of troubles in the past.
