I took a sprite of Toadman, badly mspainted in a tophat, monocle, and cane on it, and then made it transparent.

I should probably make a better version of it sometime.

Plug Man's Stage in MM9, if I want to rush jet past your damn invisible block puzzle I should be able to.

Ice Man's stage was pretty bad too with it's random flying penguins of bullshit that hit you when you're trying to stairway yourself to the platform with magnet beam.

Blizzard attack could use a tad bit of nerfing in terms of how the weapon is used. Instead of having the shots instantly shoot outwards and each shot doing the same amount of damage maybe have it so each shot adds up to an overall damage and have spread on the shots expand gradually as it travels.

Also Magnet Missiles should be easier to dodge, it sucks being thrown into no escape Magnet Missile barrages every time it's at easy access.

Edit: Oh and one more thing, dive missiles should suck less, alot less.

Seems pretty good, you would have to extend the tournament throughout the entire week or through very tight scheduling to make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly.
