Gah... This Update need more power than my Computer can Give for it and if I install it my PC will crash.

You're using Doom Builder rather than Doom Builder 2.

I don't have "Windows XP Service Pack 2 Informations" and I will not because my PC is too weak for this Update...  

Without "Windows XP Service Pack 2 Informations" I can't install Doom Builder 2

It's possible to use to make a WAD with normal Doom Builder (1)?
