Abit of both.
Although the trolls are in a group called the Purgatory which they can only see 1 subforum and cannot make threads.
well, that is what it was ever since phucket and doommarine both decided to be there. (flame war)

so...basically skulltag forums have turned into a virtual myspace drama fest?
