I think Tengu Man's theme goes well with Waddle Dee. (That is, Tengu's MM&B theme).

Also, seeing as nobody's done Donkey Kong, I think Wood Man goes well with him. It's set in a wooded area too, so it's doubly fitting!

I think that Doom guy works well with Flame Stag's theme from Megaman X2.
The picture itself also reminds me of that song which plays whenever there's only one survivor left in Roboenza mode, but I digress...

Oh, nice choice! Like him, it's pretty jolly! :)
...Despite the fact that it belongs to a robot master that deals with fire. =S
Seriously, it's like the most unfitting song for a firey robot ever.
Edit: That being said, the GBA's version seems slightly more hot, so meh.

For Rayman, I think Magnet Man seems to work!

I'm currently as bored as buggery (no thanks to some random master ban from skulltag), so here's a quick game for ya! =P
I've sent 'em an overly formal letter to try and fix it before you ask, so don't worry.

In this one, the first poster will give the name of some random video game character, and then the poster after that will have to give 'em a fitting theme from any of the Megaman games (and not just the classic/canon ones, mind). Afterwards, that person can give out another name.
Licensed game characters can be used too if you want, though that's technically cheating...

Here's an example of the game:
Poster 1: "Mario!"
Poster 2: [Insert Mario sounding song here] "I'm-a thinking of, Heavy Weapons Guy!"
Poster 3: "He'd go well with..." [Megaman song plox]. "How about Little Mac?"
Poster 4: "What the hell are you talking about? That doesn't suit Heavy at all! This one is better!" [Another song] "Oh, and Little Mac's good with-" (BLAH  BLAH BLAH, YOU GET THE PICTURE).

Er, anyways, I'm starting with my most favourite character of 'em all...
