Just copy how I and X pack did to include Triple Blade, I. E.: Put the weapons you want on the map, then add the map to a PK3 and include the decorate there.

You know, each one of the spinning frames would get really sloppy in game. I suppose you don't know how to code to say this statement.
Let me try to say this on easy terms:
It's impossible or do it yourself.

Chasecam is third person mode.
But its usefulness isn't from that.
You can tweak the camera's height and distance using console command too, with it, you can see around practiaclly every corner and behind yourself.

Unlagged means you'll send packets later (A gain of ~50 ping) but the server will use data from 1 to 2 secs ago. Summarizing: Lag the game to use outdated hitboxes.

Crouch, Chasecam, compatibility flags, drop weapons after dying, no unlagged, no autoaim... Etc.
Lots of them exist.

That way you'll still fall if you get frozen.
Use a custom pain state like the one I made for classes; it runs A_Stop to freeze you mid air.

Bind a button to use something that allows you to fly and end it prematurely.
Aka: Get Jet upgrade, use altfire and have it taken away by ACS.

This bug seems to be an error on the scripts. Those Flame Blast oil pits generally requires fixed numbers for their ACS.

Why you're not liking the Darkman map?

Maybe it is because it doesn't seem like a Darkman map?
Maybe it is the blandness of the floor...
Maybe it is because it is small...

But you being reluctant of that is a good or a bad sign?  :?

Getting rid of Deselect will cause Quickman/Plantman bug.
That is not the way to solve it.
And the glitch happens because the weapon hits A_WeaponReady.
Think about it.

Bump again with improved Spark Chaser and nerfed Electric Shock

Well, it's just like those exploding barrels on the other Doom games.
You shoot a barrel, you get the kill.
I think it's fairly similar as them both explode.
+NOTARGETSWITCH or something like this should fix it.

Well, I made that map and I can assure you the clouds are not the lag source.

The actual lag source is the MASSIVELLY HUGE ENOURMOUS amount of linedefs to make the 3 floored stage gimmick work.
I though it was good on paper, but I could predict what would happen with it. Sorry for that.
