Wily escaped the hospital with the pod and went to a secret base, Wily finishes Zero and then when Zero awakes, something happens that he kills Wily and Megaman, The X series begins, Light, after the decease of megaman, creates another robot to protect the world, a robot named X, Zero was arrested and considered a Maverick, then something more happens and blah blah blah (Play the Megaman X games)

Since Tornado Man and Splash Woman appeared way after the MMZ games, I think they made Tornado and Splash based on Harpuia and Leviathan because they had no creativity to make new desings. And robots can't give birth because they doesn't have the reproductive parts, but they can be gay, because of the AI, and I don't see why would Time Man date Roll.
BTW, isn't this getting a bit Off-Topic?
