Favorite Weapons:
MM1: Elec Man's Thunder Beam (Not only can this weapon do more damage then the other 5 weapons, but it also goes in 3 different directions at the same time and can destroy Super Arm Blocks)
MM2: Metal Man's Metal Blade (True, while this weapon is op, it's still one of my favorites. The weapon wastes VERY little weapon energy (1/4 of a total point on the bar) it can be aimed in all 8 directions, and it can destroy most of the enemies in the game.)
MM3: Shadow Man's Shadow Blade (This weapon is a weaker version of the Metal Blade but it's still a great weapon. It can be aimed in any direction except directly downward and it comes back to you like a boomerang. Pretty cool.)
MM4: Bright Man's Flash Stopper (This weapon took everything great about the Time Stopper and gave it an upgrade. Flash Stopper allows you to shoot while it's effects take place. It can be used 7 times without recharging the energy. Flash Stopper can also shoot through certain defenses such as the fronts of shield attackers. When I had to choose between this and Pharaoh Shot for my favorite weapon from Mega Man 4, I chose this because of how much I used it. Besides, Pharaoh Man is weak to this weapon)
MM5: Gravity Man's Gravity Hold (Much like Flash Stopper, I chose Gravity Hold because of how much I used it compared to the other weapons of Mega Man 5. This weapon can clear the screen of enemies but what makes it funny is the fact that when they die, they fall up. Every enemy in the game is affected by this weapon except bosses. Still, it's a fun weapon to use. The only downside is that by killing enemies with it, they don't drop anything.)
MM6: Flame Man's Flame Blast (Flame Man's weapon is very useful. It can be used to melt ice, and it can be very powerful at times.)
MM7: Shade Man's Noise Crush (Noise Crush is a cool weapon with the fact that it can be bounced off walls and it can be charged if you get hit by it. But then when I saw Pink Kitty Rose's Mega Man 7 walkthrough, I couldn't believe what I saw. The Noise Crush (if shot correctly) can not only kill Turbo Man in one hit (who happens to be weak to the Noise Crush normally anyway) but it also kills of Spring Man in one hit (who happens to have Shade Man's weakness))
MM8: Tengu Man's Tornado Hold (This is a useful weapon. Tornado Hold creates a tornado that goes upward for about 5 seconds and can destroy anything that crosses it. It also allows Mega Man to ride the tornado upward to reach areas he couldn't reach on his own or with the awkward jumping of the Mega Ball)
MM9: Splash Woman's Laser Trident (This weapon, like Thunder Beam, is a very useful weapon. It's needed to destroy the blocks found in Wily Stage 2 andd certain parts of the Endless Stage. It also does twice as much damage as the Mega Buster and uses 1/2 of the energy in the bar.)
MM10: Pump Man's Water Shield (It was hard deciding between this and Blade Man's Triple Blades. Both were the only good weapons in the game besides the utility abilities of the Commando Bomb and Nitro Wheel that could be obtained naturally. Water Shield takes the cake for the sheer usefullness of it. True, it runs out of energy faster then you'd want, but it's kind of like a combination of Star Crash and Bubble Lead. A lot of enemies and projectiles can be killed off quickly with the bubbles and even if one pops, there's still 7 more surrounding you.)
Honorary Mention:
MMX: Sting Chameleon's Chameleon Sting (This weapon is kinda like the predecessor to the Triple Blades with it's regular attack. It can be shot in 3 directions and can do a decent amount of damage. But the true usefullness of it comes in the form of its charged form. It makes X temporarily invincible. He can just walk right through enemies.)
Least Favorite Weapons:
MM1: Guts Man's Super Arm (This thing is pathetic. The arching on it is wierd and the fact that you need Guts Blocks in order to use it makes it almost worthless in the original game. I say almost because Cut Man and CWU-01P can be dealt easily with this weapon.)
MM2: Heat Man's Atomic Fire (If you thought Super Arm was pathetic, get a load of Atomic Fire. An awesome name like that makes you think it will be an awesome weapon, right? Well, aside from the fact that 2 fully charged blasts of this thing can kill Wood Man, there's nothing good about this weapon. It uses up way to much energy and one bad aim means it's a wasted shot. See, this is why Pharaoh Shot is a better weapon then this thing.)
MM3: Top Man's Top Spin (Alright. If you like Top Man, that's fine. If you think he's usefull, that's okay. But, if any of you say that Top Spin is one of the best weapons of the series, then you need some serious help. This weapons is so useless. True, Pink did say in one of her broadcasts on Justin.tv that there's a way to control how much weapon usage it has, but still, that doesn't make it usefull. This thing sucks. It's only true use is to get you damaged since you have to practically touch the enemy in order to use it. Why would you want to use this weapon? Seriously, whose bright idea was it to come up with a weapon like this. This has to be the absolute worst weapon in the entire series!)
MM4: Skull Man's Skull Barrier (The Skull Barrier isn't too bad of a weapon. It's just the worst weapon of Mega Man 4. Getting back to that, the Skull Barrier is a pathetic Shield. Yeah, it looks cool, but it's not to usefull. Now if you could actually shoot the shield, it could still be a weapon that could be saved. Sadly, that's not the case.)
MM5: Stone Man's Power Stone (Even though most of the Mega Man 5 weapons were terrible, this one is the absolute worst. I was close to putting Wave Man's Water Wave on here, but left it off because Water Wave actually has a better shot of hitting something and doing damage to it then this weapon does. Power Stone spins, misses everything, and bounces off anything it does hit. Kinda like Top Spin, you almost have to be right next to the enemy to hit them.)
MM6: Plant Man's Plant Barrier (Oh man, if you thought Skull Barrier was a terrible shield weapon, then this one will make you just scream in agony. It's attack is pretty good. You're practically wide open when you use it, but it's a good attack strength. The terrible thing is that you can't throw it like Plant Man can. Also, at least with Skull Barrier, you could get defended from the attacks of the robot master that's weak to it.)
MM7: Spring Man's Wild Coil (None of the Mega Man 7 weapons were really that bad, like with Mega Man 4. Wild Coil is just the worst of them. It archs at really awkward angles and it can be hard to control. However, it's still somewhat decent of a weapon.)
MM8: Aqua Man's Water Balloon (Oh man, this weapon is just terrible. Asside from being the weapon gained from one of the most annoying robot masters in the series, the Water Balloon suffers from low strength and wierd arching. It's got a good weapon usage but it's not gonna help. The only thing that's useful about this weapon is the fact that it can easily take down Sword Man with little effort at all.)
MM9: Plug Man's Plug Ball (Another case of the game not having bad weapons, but this is the worst of them. It's kind of like a combination of Bubble Lead and Search Snake, Round in shape and travelling along the ground and walls. Asside from the fact that ground based weapons are terrible, this weapon is the weakest of the 8 special weapons. Still, Plug Ball does have some uses such as hitting ground enemies)
MM10: Sheep Man's Thunder Wool (This weapon is f***ing horrible! It's not Top Spin horrible, but it still f***ing sucks! The aim is awefull! You can't hit much with it, and it wastes a lot of weapon energy! It's not useful at all! At least you don't have to get right next to the enemy to hit them, but it's horrible!)
Unhonorable Mention:
MMX: Flame Mammoth's Fire Wave (Again, the worst of a weapon group where they're all good. The Fire Wave suffers from short range and when Xe tries to charge up the weapon, unlike the others, the weapon keeps going and wastes energy while it's charging. Plus, its charged attack isn't too useful anyway.)
