You don't quite know what the word obligation means, do you? If I spent my time trying to care about every damn person I meet then I would have no time for the people in my life that actually mean something to me. Maybe its just me, but coming to such decision's is extremely easy for me. Its mostly just the way I've been raised to care about my family and friends and nobody else.

To be fair, nobody is obligated to care about you nor are you obligated to care about them. Such is the way of life. But better to receive no attention at all then to receive unwanted attention.

Let's not forget that your boss currently is unable to deal with campers, but as for the rest of it...I personally like the soldiers in the MS series myself. It also would be very easy for me to do a check to see if their target is right next to them. Honestly the boss is pretty good, but cannot overlook the fact the boss is missing a skin and a suitable alternative to the Super Jump. The soldiers and rage MAY be able to get campers, but the grenades would need a large radius to them.


Hrm now that I've thought about it, how about instead of a Super jump he gets what is effectively an upgraded version of the grappling hook power up? Give it greater reach and greatly increase the height it pulls you to about the same as what a super jump would give. But of course, this would give Allen O'Neil alot of mobility. More then a regular hale would have. As for a sprite, there's nothing I can do about that. Unless Smash or someone else is willing to make one for me, he'll have to be a placeholder until you can place a request for his skin to be made.

I think its just better teamwork that's needed. The 8Bit Deathmatch community seems to forget what that is. The Metool's health and speed balance each other out, he just needs a proper escort to get him where he needs to go unless he can manage to ninja his way into the enemy base but that would require the enemy team forgetting what the automap is for and that it even exists.

As a lover of objective based gameplay, I approve of this mod.

And yeah, I feel as though the metool should have an item or taunt that can alert friendly player's that they need aid. Too many times I saw a lone metool completely surrounded by 5 or 6 players just waiting to kill them.

I think you guys are missing the point I'm trying to make with Elecman's alt attack: Its ASSURED damage. You literally can't miss with it unless you are a mile away. It doesn't not require aiming the attack to hit with it, like the mainfire does and unfortunately: The alt does pretty good damage at a pretty respectable distance and Elecman's energy recharge and speed allows him to easily take advantage of it. And when the go to game mode for classes is TLMS, that's no good. Its a largely unavoidable attack that'll always do damage and the fact that it can do damage to more then just one person is just icing on the cake. There's a very good reason Toadman can't use his mainfire while moving.
And yes, I do know Elecman's mainfire is literally just copy weapon thunderbeam. Thunderbeam is a powerful weapon in its own right but requires aim. The alt does not require that same aim. Hopefully I've made my point now.
