That was the original plan, but I couldn't find a non-hacky way to do it correctly. What I tried just sent the enemy flying, sort of like a weaker Gravity hold.

Standing still while shooting was the initial plan, but I realized it would make it harder if something stood on your way and the player was very vulnerable after shooting. I do agree it needs some sort of limit, and I don't like how it can outrun charge kick if it's used on the floor, so I'll see what I can do about that. Perhaps change the rate of fire would help too. And thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it.

Welcome, mortal! Abandon all ho- I mean, what can I interest you in?

Alright, it's about time I created this topic. I'll dump my finished weapons and such here from now on. I work on weapons more than I do with skins, so this should look more... Complete. Just a few rules:

1. Don't QQ on me because I made the weapon you said you were doing in some other thread, because I honestly don't care.
2. I'm serious with 1.
3. Feel free to request anything and I'll see what I can do.

Okay, that should be easy, huh? Now, time to show what I've worked on.

Originally, it was going to be a Scorpion-like attack that pulls the opponent towards you. But due to the player's mass and lack of A_SetMass, I couldn't make it work like I wanted to. So instead I made this, a hookshot ala LoZ. That's right, it pulls you to the wall you shoot it to, plus it can damage players too. One tiny reminder, it just works on walls and floors, not ceilings. AND I'm not entirely sure if it works on Multiplayer, so any feedback on that is appreciated.

^ Recognize? I don't remember correctly but maybe Slumped is far behind on ZDoom coding, so probably Scale doesn't appears blue like many other flags. Otherwise, I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

The server sends information to the client, this information is known as "packets" which includes pretty much every action the game done by players and other actors. If you lose a few hundreds by internet problems, Skulltag kicks you automatically since it's impossible for you to recover that information now.

I'll have to agree with YD. Your opinion seems too biased, Stonefunk.
From what I know, even if you remove the llamas from both scores YD would still have more frags, why would Savior win by default? At most, have them finish the match, don't declare a winner based on someone else's opinion.

What I meant is that you're using x2 striker on a x4 hand. It doesn't fits and drastically reduces visual quality.

Apart from the crappy HUD graphics, it looks fine, functionality wise. But here's my opinions:
1. I think the balls should be a bit bigger, like screw crusher big, to fit their hitbox.
2. Either reduce the ammo or the number of bounces a ball can perform. Right now it's pretty spammable and way too fast, this can lead to small corridor rape.
3. Possibly increase damage because of 2?

Did you set a numeric value for Player.MaxHealth and Health on the class? Normally the Megaman class doesn't has this set, so probably that's the problem. Otherwise, I don't know. That's how I do it with my custom classes.

Just here to say I'm out of the tournament. The matches pretty much stopped and I lost interest in this, so yeah. And it seems some people have been trying to prove something to me ever since I signed up, which is starting to get on my nerves. I was looking forward to my match with Korby, but I have other stuff to think/work in right now.

Good luck to everyone else who's still participating. I'm looking forward to the finals.

Okay okay. I'll try to be nice with this, because personally I don't hate you or any of your friends, but this is somewhat ridiculous.

I beg of you, keep this kind of stuff off the forums. This doesn't concerns the majority of the people that visit the site and the only thing you're doing is making a bad image of yourself and the group of people you're related to, since this looks like a call for attention. I mean, partially explaining what happened should suffice. You don't have to explain what/why/where you did this and that. You surely know who does cares about this topic, so shed some light on them, not us.

Now, maybe I'm fed up with this kind of stuff. So if you feel offended with what I just said, I apologize. But do try to refrain from posting this drama, please.

Before any flaming starts on how you can't request weapons or  "Do it yourself fgt.", I'll take this request. I had a Hookshoot on one of my old class mods, I'm sure I can use the same code with a few tweaks.

Sorry, but I don't see why this belongs in Editing. It's just some game you can play with your friends when you're bored by spawning crap, not a game mode or anything of the sorts. If it is an idea, then I fail to realize why it needs to be played on a server with cheats enabled, when we have ACS to achieve pretty much anything.

I don't own Brawl, but I used to play a dang lot every weekend on my friend's house. My main was Metaknight ever since I saw the trailer where he was announced but my friends, being srs tourney players, banned me from using it anymore after a few weeks of play, so I play as Luigi, Olimar and Wario now (I've always loved awkward characters), or at least used to since I don't play anymore. It's a great game anyways, I was very hyped when it was announced.
