MM8BDM Discussion / Re: CWahi.net mirror updated.
« on: August 22, 2011, 06:32:51 PM »
Absolutely. ATM I'm on a slow connection so it won't be uploaded for another 5 minutes or so, but by the time everyone else gets to this, it should be up.

And thanks for the tip, BTW. :D

EDIT: Both mirrors are ready to rock and roll. (Lol, geddit? I'm so funny.)

MM8BDM Discussion / CWahi.net mirror updated.
« on: August 22, 2011, 06:25:59 PM »
Note that since CWahi doesn't allow hotlinking, you have to copy and paste the URL, or go this page to download, then click on the appropriate filename. :)

Code: [Select]
http://mm8bdm.cwahi.net/files/~official/MM8BDM-v2c.zip
This concludes this Public Service Announcement, have a nice day. :P

@cutmanmike: If you'd prefer to manage this mirror yourself I can give you the account details; it's not hard to upload the files via FTP either (which is much faster and more reliable than using a browser-based uploader). However if you want to keep managing it, that's fine too. Let me know wither way.

On another side-note, the webhost for my site now allows for larger uploads, so I'm also mirroring MM8BDM there as well.

http://camoyoshi.x10.mx/mirror/mm8bdm/MM8BDM-v2c.zip <-- (did you notice that hotlinking is OK?)

Hopefully this is making it easier for all of you to keep up-to-date and not having to wait for Sendspace and Mediafire to download, or having to put up with ads.

Enjoy, folks.

Sorry for double posting, but here's the up-to-date list of mirrors as of this post:

MM8BDM-v2b.zip:

Mirror 1: http://www.sendspace.com/file/8kp3v4 - Has a landing page, ads, slow

Mirror 2: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11603985/MM8BDM-v2b.zip - Direct link, no ads, fast-ish

Mirror 3: http://mm8bdm.cwahi.net/files/~official/mirrors.html - Has a landing page, no ads, faster

Mirror 4: http://wadhost.fathax.com/files/MM8BDM-v2b.zip - Direct link, no ads, faster

Mirror 5: http://mirror.unicornsandcola.com/mm8bdm/MM8BDM-v2b.zip - Direct link, no ads, fastest!

ScrewScramble-1.zip:

Mirror 1: http://www.sendspace.com/file/9vhde1 - Has a landing page, ads, slow

Mirror 2: http://mm8bdm.cwahi.net/files/~official/mirrors.html - Has a landing page, no ads, faster

Mirror 3: http://wadhost.fathax.com/files/ScrewScramble-1.zip - Direct link, no ads, faster

Mirror 4: http://mirror.unicornsandcola.com/mm8bd ... mble-1.zip - Direct link, no ads, fastest!

Hey bluebrawl, for the sake of completeness, if you'd like could you upload ScrewScramble-1.zip to your Dropbox account?

Please see my second post below. This one's pretty messy in terms of formatting.

Apparently they decided to disallow hotlinking from other sites without informing me. Ok then.

http://mm8bdm.cwahi.net/files/~official

Try that on for size. It'll just mean one more click for you folks, which I hope you don't mind. ;) Think of it as... sendfile. Minus the ads, of course.

Err, if worse comes to worse I'll get in touch with achtung from wadhost. Perhaps he can get us set up with a mirror. I'm also really just proactive like that, ya know?

Also, a friend of mine got this running for ya too. (Thanks Sushiflinger)

Once I get my custom Core i5 build running, I'll post my WMI's here. Right now I'm running XP on my laptop (which is acting as my main computer ATM).

I prefer Paint.NET over GIMP because I think Paint.NET's interface is a bit cleaner. But that's just my opinion. :)

I have the Gamecube collector's edition, and therefore I have Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time, LOZ1, and Adventure of Link. It'd be rather redundant to buy the N64 one, eh?

Actually, the only N64 game I plan on buying soon is Goldeneye.

If you have a Wii too, get the Wii version as well. It's worth plugging.

LoZ Games: That's a amazing deal. Each of those games is worth $20 each, easily.
YuGiOh Cards: That card set is the most rarest set of cards ever made for the franchise, and are valued at that price by collectors.

I now must quote AVGN:

"Everyone was running around the block going, 'Dick Tracey, Dick Tracey, Dick this, and Dick that!'"

Except replace the "Dick Tracey" with Touhou. :P
