Ooh, I found a great one.
Solar-Man's idle pose greatly resembles a Hothead.
Pics for comparison:

Also, the eyes off of Wily Machine Mark III resemble those off of the Crab Puncher.  But, it's a small comparison.

Ah, well, now I can describe them more fully.  Thanks, I guess.
Query-Man was designed by me without any external influences or resources.  Please let me know/give me credit for using them in a fangame.

Name: Query-Man

Appearance:  Kind of like Dive-Man, except with a neon green color scheme.  Also, the shape of the antenna has been changed to resemble a question mark.  I have sprites if any of you are interested.

Personality:  As his name suggests, he loves to ask questions.  In fact, in the Bot AI I'd been cooking up in my head for him, he could only ask questions--much to the irritation of everyone around him.

Stage: At the site of a space-time-related accident, where he is warping the landscape with his illusion-based powers.  The player follows Query-Man underground, to see a surreal cave-like landscape, that Query-Man carved himself.  The layout of the actual stage would be like Quick-Man at a couple points--lot of falling and dangerous things, but mostly, it's walking forward, through a seemingly endless hallway.  Frustrating enemy placement and annoying jumps galore.  Good location for Yoku Blocks as well.

Stage Gimmick:  The screen will warp and deform in some predetermined areas--how badly depending on difficulty.

Moveset:  The first thing he does is he jumps twice, once a fake-out and once for real (fake and real are random each time) .  The jump is enough to carry him to the center of the arena, where he warps the screen as mentioned in the Stage Gimmick.  Note that this lasts until he reaches the edge of the arena again.  Then, he runs--towards where the player is--to the edge to the arena, where he lets loose his Query Barrage--described below--for about five seconds.  Then the process loops.

Weapon (YOU GOT) : The Query Barrage, a weapon that has a short charging period, then fires many bullets very quickly, like a minigun. Very high ammunition, but it can seem to go fast.  You cannot move or jump while firing the Query Barrage, but it can knock off defenses like the Bass Buster.

Dammit, I've got soooo many of these...time to strut my true nerdiness!

Name: Query-Man

Weapon: The Query Barrage, a weapon that has a short charging period, then fires many bullets very quickly, like a minigun.  You cannot move or jump while firing the Query Barrage, but it can knock off defenses like the Bass Buster.

Location: I actually didn't think this one through.  Probably at the site of an accident, where he is warping the landscape with his illusion-based powers.

Created by: Mr. C.  Yes, if I ever made a fangame, I'd insert myself as the main antagonist, Mr. C.

Name:  Rewind-Man

Weapon:  The Rewind Catch.  Basically, it's a "Savior" weapon:  die, get sent back to 15 seconds before you died.

Location:  At the top of an old, abandoned clock tower.

Name: Storm-Man

Weapon: The Energy Stream.  Use it once to shoot out a wave of water, that attaches to the ground.  Use it again to electrify the water, damaging anything standing on it.

Location:  Anywhere near the ground on a stormy day.

Name:  Shield-Man

Weapon: The Shield Lock.  If anyone has played Halo and is familiar with the Armor Lock, it works like that:  temporarily surround yourself with impenetrable armor.  Hold down button for continued lock-up.  Can be used in midair to crush enemies beneath you.

Location:  Super high-tech bomb shelter thing...or at least some well-protected area.

Name: Gold-Man

Weapon: The Gold Tsunami.  Really, this doesn't have anything to do with his moveset, it's just a cool weapon.  It's a chargeable weapon:  when you do fire it, it shoots a wave of melted gold across the screen.  Higher charge means longer duration of wave before collapsing.

Location:  Inside his highly furnished palace, of course!  Can't risk getting tarnished by the elements.

I have more than this, and I could go more in-depth, but that's all for now.

I just have one problem... When i download the pk3 all i get is this information and not the real thing. I checked everywhere in the folders so what do i do about this?

Instead of opening this stuff up in an extraction software like WINRAR, simply click "Open Containing Folder."  You'll get all of the data compressed into its original file.  Cut, paste in your MM8BDM folder.
???
PROFIT.

As a Centaur Flash-user myself, I'LL admit Centaur Flash is broken.  It has a huge radius, it does about as much as a buster shot, and it has a good ammo consumption.  By collecting the Centaur Flash at Dive-Man, one can carry around some W-Tanks and RAEP ANYONE YOU SEE.

After testing these out with another player, I have a couple things to report.

-The Black Hole Bomb only pulls players in when they're on the same altitude of it.  Kind of strange, if you ask me.
-The Astro Crush suffers from a very slow fire rate for not too much damage.  I feel one or the other should be buffed a bit.
-Thunder Wool is kind of hard to hit with, maybe have it shoot in 8 directions instead of 4.
-Concrete Shot sometimes attaches to a wall awkwardly; e.g., once it zipped all the way to the top of the wall while near a barrel.  Also, its crumbling time seems to take too long to me.

Oh sorry, I didn't know, I heard tomorrow so I just assumed as much, I started working on some hacking of brawl so like yeah.

LOL, it's okay.  Patience is a virtue, and I've had to wait for something a long time.

Hacking?  What kind of hacking?  Texture hacks, or something much more complex?

MY SCREEN NAME IS:

EDIT:  Forget it, I have to go eat dinner now.  You took too long, maybe in a half an hour or so.

Also, I should elaborate on how I think of game.

Beaten:  Defeated final boss and/or viewed credits.

In before Meta is a god.
Seriously, people, if he bothers you that much, then STOP USING HIM.  >_>

I'm an experienced Brawl player that has nearly completed story mode.  I like to use Pit, Toon Link, Ike, Kirby, and--a bit out there--Ice Climbers.  If you would like to have a duel against me, please respond saying so, and I will promptly find my FC.

I've seen Weegee in one video and I thought it was just awful...
For humor reasons, it gets an A.  When ranked as a skin, it's just...not good.

So it looks hideous both ways...and we're back at square one.  I, myself, see nothing wrong in producing it without rotations, and this is probably what I will do if I do not get a response from Magnet soon.

So I'll ask you again.  How could one represent rotations on the Star Orb?

It looks like Dark Matter now!

Exactly.  I think it looks hideous and bland, and I also believe that representation of direction of fire is a silly request to begin with.  The other rotationless skin, WeeGee, was made using only two sprites--no walking animation, no shooting sprite, just one forward-facing sprite and one pain sprite.  As far as I can see, nobody complains about that one.

But, since you've asked for it both ways now, I guess I'll leave it up to Magnet, that is, if he hasn't abandoned this Expansion Pack yet:  Firing rotations or no?

chaos, when you said chillys fire pose looks funny, do you mean one rotation or all of them? because thats how he fires in KA!

Never mind, then, it's fine as is.

I think it looks awkward and detracts from the effect of the Star Orb, but Nightmare with firing rotations is done.  Hope you like it--I sure don't.

So, add a theoretical "eye" to the Orb?  That kind of means it's going to have rotations...

Currently, I have the idea of taking from the Nightmare Phase 2's pallete and having a Zero-Two-esque eye open up whenever it fires.

It looks good, but I don't like the fact you can't see where he's aiming at.

Well, what kind of remedy would you suggest for this?  I see no real addition I can make off the top of my head.

And I'd say about 3 or 4 pixels is noticeable enough for a floating skin, but I'm not sure. And if please. PLEASE. Make it bob while walking. I hate when people do "floating" skins and they just float without any sign of movement or animation.

Will do, but there is animation; its walking animation is its four "spinning" frames from the actual game.

His shooting pose looks kinda funky, but that's about it; go ahead and make it if you haven't already.

But that's not why I'm here (damn, I say that a lot) .  I'm here to ask Magnet about skinning The Nightmare--in NO RELATION to him being a boss.
Because of the way the Star Orb is made--simply a ball with a star design on it--I think it'd be awfully difficult to show different rotations for it, especially for making a walking animation.  Below are my recolored plans for a rotationless Nightmare.  However, I'd like your permission before I go any further.

Also, a silly thing:  How many pixels above the ground should they float?
