WAIT WAIT WAIT. I thought I made a request, but I didn't. GARDEVOIR. FROM POKEMON. PLEASE. If I had it, I'd have 0 trouble picking skins... just Gardie and the P&S skins being made.

I've noticed a lot of hate... opinion shoehorning time.
The anime has been bad since Hoenn at least. Red/Blue... they were good games. For their time. A lot of Pokemon from Gen1 sucked, but people don't notice because of the almighty nostalgia. Gen2 was awesome. Just... awesome. I enjoyed Gen3 ALOT but not as much as Gen2. Gen3 had an amazing variation of locations... a floating log city, a crater thing city, a tree city. That's fucking amazing. It also had Gardevoir. The best Pokemon in the history of ever. <3 Gardevoir. Gen4 is good... they added Gallade which was good, considering. They had a lot of cool Pokemon... but some made no fucking sense. Worst one, but still pretty awesome. Gen5 looks like the best Gen EVER. HOLY SHIT. It's so improved... it has a lot of REALLY cool Pokemon. A lot are weird... but they're still COOL. Even Gear is cool. Though... I can never forgive Tepig... never... ever... but the others are great. Snivy is not a good name, but I'll just name it Smugleaf. It has some crappy Pokemon, but seriously. A guy made of BLADES. A THREE HEADED DRAGON. ETC.
That's all. For now.

No but seriously, if it weren't hard to program you could do 70%HP+ is lazors and 69%HP- is regular sword. Because full health is too hard to maintain.

Alternatively, could be done in OOA/OOS Ring method (except that it would beam only at 30% or less health?)

Sounds equally coolio. Better, actually.
