Help & Editing / Can open no Servers!!!

I Dont know why, but i cant join any Servers. It shows me "Refresh Request ignored. Wait 10 Seconds until you refresh", i waitet long enough but i still cant open the Server List and im out of Ideas... Help needed.
Fuck, i need help, cant even find Servers with Doomseeker, but my COnnection is ok...

im not well impressed of that copycat, that was simply not funny, etc. but wayne, if you think its funny, than grow a bit more and you understand, what fun is ^^

to fact: i found no links for the skin, at the vid i watched the guy told me to visit mediafire.com and download it. i searched it, found it, and wanted to download it, than this message with "sign up" came.
now if you still make those useless posts like copycat, have fun and think about, what you say.

no, its not

I tried ANYTHING. i made noclip on, but you CANT move, you CANT shot, you can do anything. i tried to tunr on an Enker as Enemy, but it didnt worked with him as well.

And i know the unknown Map have any bosses.

i found a bug there:

If you do Yellow Devil, Gutsdozer, etc. and you use noclip, you can move directly to Wily to fight against his Robomasters. But if you defeat the first one, you come back to Yellow Devil, Gutsdozer, etc.

The Robotmasters dont spawn at there usual place, they are in a little black place, hidden well. so if you kill them, the battle restart.

i think i know why he can: Its almost EVER, if i look at his Server for Infos, ThereŽll be 2 Players:
Boss + Another one. So maybe he use an Bot Boss to fight? I guess you start where the Unknown Map leads you to, so if he turn on Gutsdozer as Bot, heŽll be able to fight against? I guess that, but im maybe wrong, idk how to make Bots to Bosses o.o

hmmm... can some1 give me the Mario Kart Skin? On Youtube, one guy says to download it from Mediafire, but those asses want Money from me to register and download. and i cant download it if i dont sign up -_-

would be happy if some1 can give me the Skin or a Link to it.

i know how to open console and stages! but i cant open the Unknown Map Dude. It isnt available by changing Map, because youll be send to Cutmans Stage than. And if you do Teammode on it, theres a black screen on which you cant move, shoot, jump, etc.

Your comment dont really help me.

I guess anyone know Protos Server? i dont know, but maybe some1 can give me/us the Password for his Server?
The Reason for asking?
He can open the "Unknown" Map, which i dream of to play Online with others, but i sure dont know how to open it...
