I usually fight Cutman first.

And the single time I beat world 1, did cutman first assuming he was the easiest.

I really don't need CoD since Doom is cheap, Half-Life Deathmatch came with Half-life, and Quake Live and Team Fortress 2 are F2P.
So I wouldn't know much about it.

I remember the first console Feulin and I got was an Xbox original about eight or nine years ago. By now we have maybe 7 games for it, and we only ever play two of them, so I didn't think a 360 would be worth it. As said before the Xbox seems mostly for FPS's, and they're better on PC's anyway. Also the PSN has a better selection that the XBLA.

Also about dawnguard, only the two perk related achievements really make me that angry.

I shouldn't watch Skyrim videos on the internet anymore.

I'm always jealous of the quality settings. I have to keep mine on low...

Morrowind went on sale on like the last day.
Cool beans.

Geez when is Morrowind gonna go on a flash sale or something?

I really want it but it's STILL a bit too expensive.

I didn't mind the Spongebob Movie Game. It was wonky at some points, but I had decent fun playing it.
I think so to. Then again I only played it for a short time a few years ago.

Also not ALL movie based games are bad. The DS games based on the Transformers movie are pretty good, though I've only played the Decepticon version.

I'm tempted to try out Shadow The Hedgehog just to see how laughably bad it is. I might enjoy it though, cause well, it's Shadow.

If Sega ever happen to make a Sonic game that is actually proper good (unlikely, but still), tell me.
Colors and Generations exist, I believe.
I liked Shadow the Hedgehog, honestly.

I can't see Skulltag servers anymore, only Odamex.

Did they change the master server AGAIN!?

I don't know. I simply don't know.

I try to open DOOM2.wad, right? Now I have WADS associated with Skulltag so they'll open with it.
But today it SUDDENLY decided to, without my consent, associate them with 7-zip. So I try to change the default program back to Skulltag, but it won't let me. I've gone to both "open with..." and "Default programs". I select .wad under list of formats, I click "Browse" to open the file browser, I navigate to Skulltag.exe and select it, the file browser suddenly closes, not changing a thing.

Now I COULD just drop them in Skulltag's folder and execute Skulltag.exe, but I prefer to stay organized, plus that's where all my save files are.

Can SOMEONE help me!? I haven't a fucking clue what's going on at all, and combined with everything else today I haven't an ounce of patience right now.

EDIT: Ok, I fixed it. I had to download two completely new programs. What the hell, Windows!?

I can't tell you how helpful that example code is!
Thank you lots!

EDIT: Ok now there seems to be a problem. There IS NO "map info" lump! I tried to make it and put the code in, but all it did was change the map's internal name from TEST01 to MAP INFO, and then when It wouldn't open.

Well, I heard it was an option.

Would this be the same thing to follow if, perhaps, I'm not making maps for specifically 8-bit deathmatch, but rather something else I'm doing?

Also a quick question: How do I give maps names? Like how MAP01 is named "Entryway".

I want to make maps with custom textures, however, I'm not sure how to get the textures in there!

I did some research and found I need to load them into a separate WAD/PK3, and add it as a resource.
I tried some programs, one known as XWE wouldn't run properly [It'd open like three error messages, then when I select a wad it site there loading with no end in sight.] I've tried several others, either I can't comprehend them or they won't run on my 64-bit OS.

I don't have any textures ready yet; I just want some security in my ability to since I'll need them eventually.

That's too bad. It was 8-bit deathmatch that made me want to get Doom in the first place.

So I beat the original Doom episodes on Ultra-Violence today, really wasn't that hard except for the first few stages of "Inferno". Especially "Slough of Despair" [E3M2].

Maybe I'll play episode four on Hurt Me Plenty. I've only beaten it on Not Too Rough.

Speaking of doom, why is the Doom section of the forums gone? I know it's been a while, I just want to know why.
