I have a couple of shinies.

The aforementioned Arbok, named Solidus
An absolute-encounter gyarados, named Dosu
I found a shiny Doduo, didn't have any pokeballs.
After stocking up on some I found a shiny Graveler, it used selfdestruct.

The latter two encounters happened less than 48 hours apart.

Oh, happy birthday Korby! I'm day late though, aren't I?

Gee, I haven't posted in a couple of days. I've been too distracted by Oregon trail...
Oregon Trail will consume our whole summer, I just know it.
But I'm not complaining. It's a great game!

Also yes happy late birfday, Korby!

Birthdays? Mines December 2nd. Quite a while from now. It'll be my bitter sweet 16!

Also i got a horrid cramp in my leg this morning that kept me from getting up on time to catch the school bus. It's still lingering a bit.

Hardcore/casual is only divided into the gamers themselves, in my view.

A hardcore gamer plays a wide range of games whether its E or M or 8-bit or 128-bit. A hardcore gamer takes games as a serious media form. They pay close attention to the story and watch all the cutscenes at least the first way through [I don't expect people to watch every MGS2 cutscene on EVERY playthrough.] and the gameplay, learning what's the easiest way to do what.

A casual gamer skips all the cutscenes and sees video games as only a game and nothing more, simply as a way to pass time. And/ir They greatly limit the kinds of games they play, only playing Nintendo, or only playing M rated games, not willing to try many things.

There are many other times of gamers, but the thread only covers hardcore/casual so that's all I'll mention.

Touhou 7 keeps not working and I've used like, a bunch of different sources to download it. There was a site with like, all of them but it's gone for some reason.

Also next week is my last week until summer. Yay.

So the power was knocked out for five days. I'm sure some of you heard about it, over 200 dead, hundreds of homes destroyed, power out for a week or more for some [fortunately not me]. It allegedly made national news, but i wouldn't know.

Anyway, it's why I haven't posted for a while- I couldn't! And the moment it comes back on I hear of Osama Bin laden killed? Gee what else did I miss?

Well, damn.

GOOD NEWS:  Laptop is back in commission!  Hell yeah!  Goodbye, low browsing speeds!
BAD NEWS:  My bro and I have concluded that downloading too many things for MM8BDM caused contagious PC viruses to infest it, so no Classes 4C or Chaos Generator for me.
I don't think MM8BDM is the cause, it's probably some other source. What other sites do you use?
What you need is a good virus scanner. Like Malwarebytes. A simple but efficient scanner is free, and full protection for a single payment, rather than a monthly payment like the big businesses. I'm not sure about the price, but I think it's somewhere around $25. Les than $50, I'm sure.

Also my spring break starts this afternoon. For the first year in a while, I don't have a huge assignment to do over it. I have a lot of personal work, though. But I enjoy doing that work, so I'm ok.

Hardee's/Carl's Jr. for breakfast and Arby's, for lunch/dinner, bro.

Not everyday, of course.

Just got my new headphones, loving them. Saved most of my birthday money for them, I'm really glad :D
What kind are yours? Wonder what the cost was if it took most of your birthday money...

I got some recently, myself.
They work weird, though. If they're plugged in all the way, they somehow eliminate the front notes and/or any voice in whatever I'm listening too.
I actually get the best sound when they're about 3/4 in! But that's what you get for $10...

I heard this guy saying how he doesn't understand Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. He said "Why even have Capcom in the title? No one's ever heard of Capcom!"
I lol'd. Of course no one in the tiny town I live in would know considering there aren't many gamers, but hey, there's more to the world than here but they don't wanna listen.

The funniest part is that his friend, who agreed with him, is trying to get Okami. A Capcom game.

On the bright side, you CAN put the tabs on the bottom, by right clicking above the navigation bar.
Oddly, my Firefox looks like 4, but still resembles 3 [the orange firefox button is missing, the page title is still present]. I guess because my laptop's shell is set to classic windows. After all, the desktop has the dumb chrome look, and it's set to modern.

My biggest complaint is the new add-on manager.

3ds? I might get one. Not for a while, since we JUST bought a ps3 not too long ago.
Autostereoscopy is slightly flawed that way, that you're head has to be in a pretty precise position for it to work JUST right. Otherwise it's a little flawed.

Well, my sister and I shared a neopets account for a while, which had a Xweetok we named Donugee, which was mine. So I use that name around places. I can't remember where the name itself came from but I think it had something to do with Don Patch.

It's in my most visited when I open a new tab. Oddly, it redirects to the Doomseeker tutorial rather than the index.
Or, I just type a C in my URL bar, and there ya go.
