Okay then, I'm going to Attack Birdbot Guard A. I can get rid of him so that War (if he joins) and Hilbot can focus on the turret.

Uhh Waruigi, we'd better go and bail out Doc and Hil. Run in and join Doc and Hilman in battle. Though, am I going to be allowed to act in the upcoming round of combat or will I have to wait for the next round?

Attack the Birdbot guard. Hopefully we can put him down in one round.

Yeah, I'm guessing that flying car cannon is basically a bullet bill launcher from Paper Mario. So yeah, lets get rid of that thing before it acts too much. Attack the Flying Car Cannon.
Also Waruigi, I had a quick thought. If the cannon survives to the next round, I could try putting the guard to sleep(apparently its not a robot) instead of attacking next round to try and cut down on the damage we'll be taking.

Yeah I'm with you Waruigi. Can I identify what kind of trap is guarding the chest?

There are a bunch of enemies outside, fortunately for you, most of them are still keeping their eyes on the outside, but the few that notice you have quite some distance so you can probably make some progress before they reach the room.

Okay then, guys I'd recommend we make as much as much progress as possible before we get into another fight and possibly attract more attention. Advance down the hall.
Also, Doc, you might want to split a heal between yourself and Waruigi so the both of you are in peak condition. The enemies do quite a lot of damage, so we probably want to ensure that bad rolls don't leave us with a KO'd party member.

Can I tell how many enemies are outside and if we can take them or if we should run? Also, Dr. Freeman, you forgot to restore my HP on the front page from drinking that potion in the last battle.

Ow. Apparently the guardians have around the same speed as us, (were all classified as "medium speed"), since one went before and one would have gone after me. I guess the best thing to do would be for me to try to heal myself, and for Hil and Doc to focus fire on Guardian B. War probably has Guardian A since he has a high magic stat and everything else is weak to lightning, so getting rid of both this round means that, worst case scenario, you can heal/revive me afterwards if I get KO'd/don't act before the battle is over.

Use a potion on self

If it works on Omega, it should work on these minions. Time to pray to the RNG gods and Play Romeo's Ballad

Hey new harp! That should help out a lot. Anyways since this is just probably going to be a quick battle or two down each path, Gumballtoid's idea sounds fine. Go left

Uhh guys, we might want to take a minute and figure out how were going to split up the party. Like are we going to go 4-3-3 and hit all the paths at once, or 2 parties of 5 and just go to the third path when finished with the original one? Also of note is party composition. We probably should make sure that each group has their bases covered.
Personally I'd go with 2 groups of 5 and recommend that Waruigi goes with the right group, or barring that, one of the red mages so that they have the magic side of damage covered.

While I like what I'm seeing so far, there are a couple issues that came up today. First, Axl is missing his weapon from Toadman. Second, I see Zero randomly turning into Protoman at times. Thirdly, and probably the biggest issue, is that Zero can apparently teamkill via using that energy rain attack that runs off of the energy bar. It seems that if he uses it, any ally within a certain radius just up and dies.

Leave the reserves and head for the wheel. I can take over so Thunder can run out and stop one of the cars.

Switch with TGOT. Again. Man I'm sorry guys. I feel horrible that I can't do jack right now. I guess I could cover for someone if they needed to switch out for some reason but my attack is apparently around 3/5 of the physical attackers, lullaby doesn't work on the enemies here, and hide would do nothing but take up a party slot for the boss fight.

On a different note, two different thoughts crossed my mind. 1. This is a boss and by RPG logic it probably has a good steal. 2. If its a boss it probably gives a good amount of EXP and we might want to try switching in people for a turn so they can get it.

Didn't 4 MI have both the energy balancer and exchanger? If so why not follow the rules it used? Unless by complicated you mean coding-wise.
