G: is where the game is located on my computer. You have to set the paths to where the game is located on yours.
Maybe take a few screenshots so I can see if anything's set up wrong?

Path to Executable should lead to where skulltag.exe is located on your computer.
To make Doomseeker detect your wads, click File Paths, click the Add button, and go to the directory where you keep your WAD files.

There's a Doomseeker tutorial right here that explains how to set it up clearly.
