Reploid is short for Replica Android, as in replicas of X's advanced, unique design. So technically, neither X nor Zero are really Reploids, since X was the template all Reploids were based on, and Zero was built seperately. Going by that definition, there's no real word on who the first Reploid is, since Dr. Cain just started making a bunch of them after he discovered X.

I'm pretty sure Capcom gets lazy and refers to X and Zero as Reploids anyway, though.
As for who was built first between X and Zero, I think it's implied that Wily started designing Zero first, but I don't think there's any info on who was finished first.

I'm not quite sure if it's the place Mobies go when they die or if it's a temple that a Moby-worshipping cult built to perform  their unspeakable rites in.

You don't really need to "host" music packs. You can just leave them in your skins folder, and when you changemus to them, anyone else who has them will hear the song.
