3. I will look at ALL descriptions even if they are OP beyond belief. If they are OP beyond belief I will tone them down as much as needed. Or if I have to get rid of a few things (As in "Instant Kill")

Well, if the character is taken in, he will be toned down at least.

Anything Goes / This guy is totally not a Shadowman and Hiffe Ripoff

I would make updates to Hiffe, but those updates would just make him alive again. So I'm gonna try the second character.

Name:Seza (See-za)
Personality: A ruthless guy, He barely says anything, except for a few grunts, he loves to stay hidden. He always talks in the low tone, (sorta like Proto man from MMPU)He always seems like he is in  a bad mood, but its impossible to tell.
Appearance:He has the weird belt with a pocket, which for some reason can hold a lot. His hair has never been seen, since he has a different hat on every time we see him.He wears red colored shorts, and every time you looks away, his shirt changes a different color.
Weapon of Choice:He for some reason chooses and end supplies of glass bottles than can shatter and the pieces can stun you.
Special Abilities:This guy has so much speed he's faster than Quickman. He has the short thin sword with he uses after he stuns someone with the bottles. He basically also has mines which he can activate at anytime, which he normally uses for the first attack.
He also has a healing potion which fully restores him, but he can almost never find it.
Other notes:He has a variety of weapons in his pocket, but he never noticed that they were in there.
