Need Some Help,Please. Has this glitch happened to you?MM

Yeah, I have a problem with the Evil Energy Robot boss. You know, the boss that takes place in space in the MM8 chapter. It's fairly easy to me. But once he starts doing the Thunder Claw move with the spinning balls of electricity, a glitch happens. He just freezes. He kept on spinning and won't stop. I've been dodging this move for like 3 freaking minutes and he eventually killed me.  :?  I don't know what's going on. I watched walkthroughs on youtube on this particular boss and the boss' A.I. was working fine when he did that electricity move. He stopped spinning and attacked normally. Has anyone had this bug happen to them? If so, did you guys find a way to fix this? I really want the beat this game, man. Thanks.

As for your issue, this is a known issue with the current version of the game.

This post here provides two helpful links. The first will show you a way to bypass the boss completely. The second link will provide a simple patch you can load after the main file on the launcher to fix the boss.
