Next release - Opinions wanted!

As you may or may not know, the next version is pretty much ready for release. I am holding it back because I'm waiting on the next version of skulltag to fix some annoying bugs (like the quickman major lag bug).
However, it's also come to my attention that FINALLY there's Mac OSX and Linux versions of the latest Skulltag beta. HOWEVER, this version DOES NOT fix the bugs that I need fixing. I have reported these issues and they are now officially fixed ready for whenever the next Skulltag comes out (it's been like this for a while now).
So I have two options. Post your thoughts on which one I should go with.
Option 1 - Wait
I wait for the next version of Skulltag (which could take I'm guessing a week or so, but who knows) that fixes the annoying issues and THEN make a release with it bundled in. This will also give me some chance to do some research and figure out how to get the Mac and Linux versions working without the launcher (probably via doomseeker or something). This would also mean we're fully up to date with the latest Skulltag fixes and features, so all is happy.
Option 2 - Use the latest Skulltag we have
I do a release now that uses the latest Skulltag we currently have. This would satisfy Mac and Linux users (if they can figure out how to get it to run, as I have no idea) BUT the projectile bugs and such would still exist and would require ANOTHER release after to fix them. I can probably do a temporary workaround for the quickman stage bug mind you, but you'd still see projectiles randomly getting stuck and potentially causing FPS drops.
Before you choose, think about the convenience side of this. Would you want to download 55mb and then follow along with another 55mb update in a few days or weeks?

I Agree. It's best to wait for errors to be repaired. Rushing only causes trouble...

As much as I'd like to see the new Robot Masters and their stages... Waiting does seem to be the better option, considering it fixes things ect.
My vote is wait.

Waiting is the best option, getting rid of that projectile bug could reduce a ton of lag on those stages that have lag.
