New Version Up
http://www.mediafire.com/?idg37jpe99704w1

Now with new music, 8-bit wood field by our Musashi-COM. Fits like a glove.
Also fixes an over sight.

Hate to Double Post, but I have a few things I need to edit on WoodMans Revenge.
Could I get a list of any issues that needs addressing before I release a Final Version?
Thank You.

Note: I have a looping version of the music for the final version.

Stop right there, Miss Ivory.

I tried your map...

...what can I say? IT'S AWESOME :D. I can see what stage Wily is making out of Wood Man'sShadow Man's? :3 I now have motives to redo/recompose the Wood Field song, but since my main comp currently has no monitor, I can't even get my .ftm files out of it so I can edit Wood Field a little bit to make it more pleasable.

Is there a posibility you can add a new version of my song, IF I can extract the original .ftm file from my comp and tinker with it a little bit? I just want to edit certain notes that are a bit off and tweak the instruments a little bit.

Of course. Just do me a favor and make a seamless loopable version for the purposes of the map. I edited the one you had on youtube to loop with very minor (as in as you have to listen for it) looping.

Yeah, it's a fluke that happened in older Famitracker versions (and I believe it's still a persistent problem). Any tempo that didn't end in 5-0 made the song skip between frames. I can easily fix that... if it wasn't for my little "handicap" lol

Well! After Spending endless hours on and off with this map, I think it's finalized. If there's any other issues, please let me know.
CTF - Wood Man's Revenge Final

Changes:
New looping version of Wood Field.
Water is now height transferred. No more Napalm Bombs drowning.
Texture issues fixed.
Item Changes
Quick boomerang replaced with drill bomb.
Leaf Shields removed and there is only one Leaf Shield that replaces  the Plant Barrier
More small life energy on the main battle field

Edit: Fixed an oversight that only appears ingame!
If you downloaded the final version, you'll have to redownload it again. Sorry, my bad.

Surprise bump!!!

The title is right, I'm having CTF hosting with Submerged Base and WoodMan's RevengeV2

This one is a must download, it's new and adds a new way into each base that goes to the side of the flag room, toning down the amount of camping.
Wood Man's RevengeV2
This one is only reposted for the benefit of those who don't have it already downloaded, but it hasn't been touched.
Submerged Base

Server is called Touhou CTF : D
Join please, I'd love to have a decent size group for testing the maps. Since bots are lol.

Triple Post!
Testing is over. Thank you everyone for your feedback and testing. WoodMan's Revenge only has a few tweaks to be truly finished.
Submerged Base needs an overhaul and shrinking.
Thank You!

That's good to hear; I think the biggest problem with the submerged base is that it was way, way too easy to get lost in dead ends. @_@

Here's the areas I think need to be changed.  The red areas can be removed and the yellow area needs to be changed (probably replace the teleporters with stairs to the above water area).  Of course, whatever you decide to do I'm sure will be good.

Whoo! Two Updated Maps!
Wood Man's Revenge only received slight tweaking, as my feed back on it stated it was pretty much perfected. Hopefully there's no more problems there.
CTF - Wood Man's Revenge

Submerged Base
This map was completely overhauled. It's slightly smaller. The exterior areas, are pretty much identical, as is the initial area from the flag rooms. However pretty much everything else has been destroyed and remade. the result was a map that is way less confusing, as in fact more pleasing to transverse. I won't give a change log... because pretty everything changed. Check it out! It's a huge improvement.
Though Mr X. would shoot me, I kept one the parts he suggested to fix! Except instead of Needle Cannon, we have E-Tanks. Probably more worth your time to fetch.

If no other problems occur with these two maps, my next objective is doing a massive overhaul of my first submission. Only then will I allow myself to start making new maps.

The first link takes you to ICTF02v2, not Woodman's revenge.

As for the new submerged base, the layout is better, but I'm a bit worried about how tight some of the halls are, especially since Screw Crusher is on the map.  Also, I miss the Rock textures underwater.  It looked natural.  With the Gemini Man textures, it just kind of looks "meh".

I have no idea what I was doing with the Geminiman textures. Other then Cutty suggesting that. It was mostly because it was night on the surface, and it looked dayish under water. I can easily change it back though. Gutsman textures worked nicer too.

I'll go fix that link.

Edit:
Anyways, restored the old landscape. As for the cramped hallways. I'm not too worried since they just serve as an alternate way through the long hallway.

Yeah, I actually considered the landscape to be a bigger problem than the hallways.
