Yeah, Wily is in jail from MM6 and the first four robot masters reactivate after not hearing from him for a certain amount of time and start blowing everything up.

Well Basically I also need People who can Sprite Stage Tiles

i also need a few Spriters with some other things...i'm gonna be busy finishing off some Ideas for The Stage Designs for each of the robot masters...so far i only got Blaze Man's done

Oh and i Kinda need Ideas for Wily Stage Bosses (Except Wily 1,& Wily 5 & 6) & Some Enemies (i have General Enemies Completed...i just need some Stage Specific Enemies based on Each Boss Theme)

And about your title... The first one is clearer to me but sounds too standart.
And im not sure about my thoughts on the second one.

This post probably isnt worth alot to you  :mrgreen:
But if you post a shot of a wily stage you need enemy's for maybe i can help more.

Forgot about posting this but t least we have 1 song that's since been done...it's called "Hero's Title" by OmegaManZX


Well i have some updates to this as well...

-Finished Blaze Man 2.0
-Finished color conversion for Paradox & Zap into MM10 Palette
-Starting on the rest of the Rms
-Finished General Enemies
-Starting on Cutscenes (STILL TAKING FOREVER FOR ME TO THINK ON HOW IT PLAYS OUT,though i will be taking a idea from what Korby said)

Do you have a basic idea for weapons? If so, that's fine.

Hmmm....I can think of at least one enemy for each RM stage

Blaze's: Tackle Snake, made up of 5 tackle fires, the "head" being blue. The more destroyed the faster it is

Cosmo's: Flipswitch, made up of a switch with eyes hands and legs below it. Lower's gravity when shot (doesn't take damage, don't shoot the guy)

Terra's: Molepedo, humanoid mole. Waits a few seconds, then charges at you at a fast pace.

Cannon's: Yokublow, a yoku block that has a darker color than the others. Explodes on contact

Paradox's:Ticktock, part of a clock hand that tries to sweep you out of a platform (don't know what the stage'll be like, clock themed I'm guessing :/)

Zap's: Shield Electer (I'm so funny), can still be killed from the back, one shot from shield produces large amount of electrity from front of it

Tundra: Snowball Joe, fires snowballs, not rapid fired, but hit harder

Ocean's: Tubeall, metool that floats to the top of water and shoots you, though keeps invincable when hidden under hat gimmick

Well actually i've since renamed the masters,and their stages are also within the names aswell

Blaze Man - Smelting Facility,that leads into a Volcanic Magma Shaft that rises similar to the lava in Area K in MMZX
Aero Man (was Falcon Man at one point) - Advanced Technological Airship,that has a area with a boss similar to the MM8 tengu man mini boss
Tread Man - Abandoned Military Base,that has a lot of left over explosives and Tanks
Sleet Woman - a Snow Resort,it has a Snowplow mini boss
Quake Man - Abandoned Mining Facility,that has mining equipment that you can activate to get through barriers and get to secrets (like Etanks and Mtanks)
Chrono Man - a Clock Tower (with a secret theme),that has many swinging pendulams within the background,it has Cog Enemies and Time related enemies
Cosmo Man - Space Station,with many Wormhole portal Puzzles and Yoku Blocks
Zap Man - Water Power Plant,it has Treamills that you must activate in order to access the next area,it also has a underwater section with Electrical Robotic Eels

i'll explain Wily 1 just to tease you all

Wily 1 - Begins off like in MM9,but leads straightforward into the castle,it is basically Full of metools,Sniper Joes,and various enemies thaty will make the trip hell,also has a Mini Boss that resembles an old Enemy
