How do I make Server?

Hello guys,
         I need help with making a server for just personal/public. What are the programs needed for megaman servers. I have seen Several servers with [TSPG] Painkiller.

TSPG servers are hosted by a server cluster called the Sentinel's Playground.

It's a free and easy to use server-hosting tool that is pretty much used by everyone here to host and play MM8BDM.

If you're starting a server from Doomseeker, just hit the monitor with a plus on it [Create Game] and fill out the fields.
