HUD Question

I was wondering if there is a way I can remove the gun. I got the other parts of the HUD to go away. But I would also like the gun to be pretty much invisible.

Me and a few friends have an idea for a few videos and the gun is getting in the way. So is there a way to replace my gun with some transparent image or completely remove it in general?

Well, you can drop the weapon by setting a key and allowing it in the server.

I believe there's a console setting to turn the weapon sprite off... I can't remember what though... DTD help me out here!

Hehe, oh used this code back in GVH, where the bow and arrow covers half of screen :P

r_drawplayersprites 0

Just set it back to 1 if you want to be able to see your weapon again..
