Favorite Robot Master Set?

We have a topic about the Best Megaman Game in our own opinion. How about which game had the best set of robot masters?

Note: DO NOT rate a set for a single robot master.

Personally, I like Megaman 6's Robot Masters the best. It has a large chunk of my favorites. Yamato, Knight and Centaur. The rest were pretty well designed too.

I think it's pretty obvious that I like Megaman and Bass's robot masters the most. Out of all of them, Cold and Burner are my absolute favorites.

You know I would only say MM 8 because of my man Tengu :3

But in terms of a good set of bots, Definetly MM 6 and and a Few from MM 5 ((Gyro, Gravity, Crystal))

though quick man is the best robot master to ever live in all of mankind. ever. im going to have to say megaman 2. MEGAMAN 10! mostly because the robot masters are awesome, every single one of them and heatman is just a zippo.

Gonna go with 3 again. It's got TopMan, SnakeMan, MagnetMan, and ShadowMan, which are all super rad ninja robot masters. Also rad is SparkMan for lookin like a spark plug, NeedleMan for being a fat needle guy, HardMan for being one of the biggest and scariest robot masters, and GeminiMan for having a twin and probably being cooler than the rest of them but I didn't say that.

4 because you have everything! A submarine, pharaoh, digger, vacuum, skeleton, light bulb and toad! As for ring man, well... He's kinda cool in his own way.

Megaman 5 for me ^^

They are original, have a good music/theme and we can have a fun weapon with them.
But yeah, mm5 is too easy...
( the music is VERY important for me XD)

Chargeman is a powerfull crazy train
Stoneman is a crazy version of Gutsman (he jumps and jumps XD)
Waveman is cool, his stage is awesome
Napalmman looks like powerfull warrior as Clashman (the arms), his stage is beautifull.
Crystalman is mysterious (and his weapon is cooool).
Starman have a good weapon (in mm8bdm too XDDD)
Gravityman is awesome with gravity hold and gravity drive, his stage and theme are very cool
Gyroman is fun and his theme is beautifull.

I liked MM9's set the best, excellent usages both scenario wise and combat wise for the expectation of Hornet Man's weapon combat wise due to a small amount of uses and not enough damage to be worth using.

Personally i liked MM7`s due to a certain Spring & a Wolverine Clone

Well, a lot of games have great sets, like 1, 2, and 9, but...

Overall, for me, it's gotta be 7.

Burst rules.  Cloud rules.  Freeze rules.  Junk rules.  Slash rules.  Spring rules.  Turbo rules.  Shade rules.

Yep, every single one of them rule.

Freeze, Junk, Burst, Spring and Turbo may all be among my top 20 or so favorites, with Junk, Freeze and Spring likely in the top 10.  Slash and Shade have those awesome "beastly" designs you so rarely see in Classic as opposed to X, for example, too.  And cloud's just really cool, I love the weather control thing and I love that "thunk" he makes when you hit him with Danger Wrap.

And to top it all off, MM7 has my favorite boss music of all the games, so fighting each of these guys is just that much cooler.
