Elec Man was the first Robot Master I ever selected and beat (it was in Dr. Wily's Revenge :P). I have always thought he was the coolest. He's the dream of the crop, after all. :D

MM1: Elec Man (I play as him in 8-bit deathmatch for a reason)
MM2: Metal Man (Metal Blades that come from the awesome robot that looks like a doctor)
MM3: Snake Man (He just looks awesome.)
MM4: Pharaoh Man (Pharaoh...PUUUUUUUUUNCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
MM5: Gravity Man (The dude controls Gravity, how is that not awesome?)
MM6: Centaur Man (Greek Mythology come to life. Also, horsey!)
MM7: Slash Man (He looks awesome.)
MM8: Sword Man (For a guy who brings a sword to a gun fight, he's pretty good.)
MM9: Splash Woman (She's a chick, how can she not be your favorite from MM9. Anyone should have her on their list.)
MM10: Sheep Man (The fluffiest robot ever.)
MM&B: Tengu Man (My second favorite from 8, no rule against him being my favorite from here.)
MMV: Pluto (Kitty!)
Mega Man Killers: Enker (Pure awesomness)

MM3: Shadowman

MM4: Drillman

MM5: Gravityman ( CAVE STORY! Oh dangit,I forgot it on Interests )

MM6: Tomahawkman

MM7: Shademan ( Proves that my name on MM8BDM is Midnight )

MM8: Swordman

MM9: Splashwoman

MM10: Chillman ( My favorite Season is winter because of my Birthday )

MM&B: Burnerman

MMV: Pluto ( Reminds me of my Maine coon Cat,Snowball [ Yes He's white ])

MMK: Ballade ( My pure favorite MMK )

I guess thats all.

CUSTOM RM: Hellspawnman ( Doom! :D )

MM1: Iceman (or bombman): For a guy who shoots ice weaponry from his mouth, hes pretty awesome. :3 (Bombs. enough said)
MM2: Metalman: Who DOESNT love throwing saw blades at people?
MM3: Snakeman (or Geminiman, or Shadowman)
MM4: Pharaohman: I always go after this guy first. Awesome stage, Awesome music, Awesome boss. Also: Ultimate weapon in the game.
MM5: Napalmman: Again, Bombs. Also an awesome stage and design.
MM6: Yamatoman (Knightman being a close second): Samurai :3
MM7: Freezeman: ???
MM8: Grenademan: Do I need to say it again? But really, his stage is pretty cool too.
MM9: Splashwoman: I... like her? I think shes cute?
MM10: Sheepman: Fluffy.
MM&B: Tenguman
MMV: Pretty much all of em: Theyre unique.

MM1: Hmm... a 4-way tie between Cutman (KUNG-FU CUTMAN) Gutsman (DUH NUH!!!) Fireman (FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRE!) And if it counts, Timeman (since MMPU was a remake of MM1)

MM2: Bubble or Heat. Heatman has a largely underrated theme, his weapon is awesome. For Bubz, He's the first actual Water-themed Robot, and his weapon is essential to the game. It's also useful in detecting the fake platforms in Wily Stage 4 (Damn Buebeam.)

MM3: Shadowman. I like Ninjas.

MM4: Pharaoh (disco ftw) and Toad (dancing ftw).

MM5: Napalm. Tanks jumping around like acrobats? LOL WUT

MM6: Centaurman. (Secret: I have man(l)y aliases. let's see if Orange Juice can figure this out :p)

MM7: Slash. Wolverine Clone FTW.

MM8: Tengu and Frost. Can't you tell I liek mythology? Also, JUMP JUMP SLIDE SLIDE.

MM9: Magma for theme, Galaxy for cuteness, Splash for being the only female boss, not to mention Splash was also based off a mythological creature. And Fakeman for being the fuzz robot.

MM10: Blade and Sheep. Sorry, Blade is badass, and Sheep is adorable.

MM&B: I'd have to say Groundman, but the mini-boss is an ass .-.

MMK: Punk. Epic theme, epic design.

MegaManPC: Blademan again. I like swords :P

Staroids: Mars or Neptune.
