v1b Confusion...

Heya, its me once again, the noob who doesn't understand anything  
First of all, no matter what i do, i cant get my data from v1a to v1b   , it may be cause i'm not using the .ini file (which i have no idea what it is  :? ). Second, when i try to exit v1b when i press y, before it closes a creepy voice goes something like this: "Grashriggabra" and repeats 3 more times   . (gave my lil sis a nightmare   ) anyway, i asumme ill have more problems going forward, so i'd appreciate any help.

Try reinstalling into a new folder. The creepy voice you keep hearing probably means it's reading doom2.wad which it shouldn't be doing.

Also, the voice you're hearing may or may not be the famous "To win the game you must kill me, John Romero."

Either that or just some random enemy noise.

@Korby, Now that i think about it it sounds like a glitched mixture of some monsters...  

One problem though, I still don't know what the .ini file is.  :?

EDIT: Wait, how did you know v1a was in the same directory as v1b cut?

The .ini file is your configuation. It stores all your controls, name and stuff.
