Well, yeah, I WOULD say that it's just a Mega Man edit, but it's barely even THAT. I honestly can't think of a way of saying how good or bad it is without yelling at you, and I really don't want to do that.

Tiny sprites. Nothing I can do without making his cigarrette the same size as his arm or removing his mouth to fit in the nose part of the balaclava.

How to add cigarette: One white/orange pixel. Or Brown/Orange. Depends which team you play on more.

How to add nose: Make eyes smaller. Blue line across face. Done!

Again, I don't hate Mega Man edits. Even I make them.

His attacking sprites look rather static. Would it be possible to have him fire his revolver in the same way Colton does?

I had a lot of fun drawing this guy. I'll have to postpone Demoman. Sniper's a lot of fun, yet I'm not sure if I like the one on the left or the right. Obviously the one on the right makes more sense... but still, need to hear your thoughts.
