It would appear that you have not downloaded Roboenza mode, which that server is running. Go to http://www.cutstuff.net/blog to download.

that is the thing,I already have downloaded the new verison of Roboenza...still doesn't work

oh and this is not a server that does not have roboenza,like a simple deathmatch mode

There are two things I can think of.
1) The server still has not updated to V1b of the game
2) The server is using a custom map.
