Pokémon Online isn't as flashy as the main games, and it doesn't draw you in as much as the games did.

You have a lot more attraction to your Pokémon if you raise them from the ground up.

Pokemon Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow sucked.

They was nice for their time, but they're REALLY bad now.


In other news, I restarted my save game on White. My team currently consists of Snively the Servine, Guile the Sawk, Unnamed Woobat, Unnamed Tympole, and Unnamed Venipede.

I love Johto in general for what it is. Gen V remains my favorite, but my old Magmar from Pokémon Silver brings back memories.

1 was a mess. Very limited bag space, I think you could throw pokéballs and they could miss, and the overall selection isn't too terribly great. I could name Gengar, Marowak, Magmar, and Articuno as great picks, and then my opinions stop there.

I'd easily play through Pokémon White if I had it.

Someone who understands! I feel the same way about White Forest.

Actually the forest is somehow WORSE because the GRASS fades when people leave.

You can literally have no grass in your forest and be unable to catch anything there.

Oh, about how good are you at the game, on a scale from "terrible" to "Smogon elitists"? I think "SaviorSword level" would be about two-thirds up on the scale...

I think of myself as decent at Pokémon. I can take on most people, but I tend to lose a bit more often than I'd like for a series I've enjoyed since I was 4.

I'm about at the scale of a rusty competitive battler.
A few years ago,I used to competitive battle without all the Pokemon Online crap.
It was fun and I quite miss that.

I'd consider myself a newbie to competitive battleing trying to use a mixed bag tier group.
For a normal run without any pokemon online crap, I would have to say I'm average.

Besides, most random matchups online are composed of actionreplay users :
How do I know this? In the most battles I lose, the first and only pokemon they send out is a shiny latios with ridiculously high stats.
